The Ibis standard of quality. The service was a little below, because it is quite moved, which makes the attendants' life difficult. The bed was also bad. The positive point for the location, great, in the most slightly rough neighborhood of the city. Near the center, but also near the attractions of El Poblado, district with restaurants, bars etc. very safe region.

The hotel is in the city center. It is a little far from the attractions. The waiters on the hotel floor are very nice. Every time I meet, I greet you warmly. The breakfast is average. The hot dishes are basically eggs and nothing vegetables.

Three men walked into my room during my stay unannounced while two of my roommates were undressed and hotel management won’t do anything about it!! I rented 9 hotel rooms and a conference room at Hotel Dorado for 30 leaders of my nonprofit org for 4 days. On day 2 of our stay a mysterious man bolted into our room unannounced and saw my roommate completely undressed. Why would someone outside of our party could have access to our room!? We went to hotel managers Joanna and Marco and they won’t do a single thing about it. They tell us it is not a big deal just “a matter of perspective”. Shortly after reporting this, Marco charged into our room with another man behind him completely unannounced, didn’t knock, just opened the door while yet ANOTHER girl was undressing and would not leave the room claiming he is trying to “fix the problem”. Marco and Joanna need to be fired! At this point all the girls in my organization were scared, some were crying, we all felt completely UNSAFE. The management was harassing us. They have camera’s on every floor and when we asked they claim there is no footage of these events (how convenient!!!) so now we are filing suit against them so they can release the footage to us. On top of all of this mental &emotional trauma my girls went through,I spent over $3,000 for hotel rooms, conference room, and hotel catering and the hotel won’t refund us for the services and rooms we didn’t use after the incidents.This would be THE VERY LEAST they can do.

I choose this property base on the hotel website and few reviews online. 5 Starts hotel mean an extraordinary service, customer service, and above and beyond customer service. My room was 1306 very small room, basic room, not welcome amenities (water batle or any sweets as other 5 start hotels does. The towels are absolutely inappropriate like old and stained towels, some with the bed sheets. The chairs were not in good shape and dirty. The chais were not dirty but they look old and weathered. Breakfast was delicious, local food, and several choices to eat, continental & American breakfast style available. The portion are extremely small micro-bread , so you have to put in your plate may pieces because they are too small. Poor customer service and most the employees feels like empowered just because they work at the hotel. Except few people. Upon my arrival not courtesy at all, no water bottle complementary so comparing with the holiday Inn Express & Suites located one block down that goes above & beyond to make us feel welcome at the hotel. For the price I paid it is not make sense to spent large amount of money for. Very poor service. The Hotel Bellman (April 2) in the morning. I and my husband travel to work. clean and large, well comfortable room. Coffee has few options. I felt disturbed about tolerance , I'm always pointful in terms of schedules and rules, it's good to be careful about the Check out schedule. We left in the morning and when we returned to the hotel we delayed 15 minutes because we took a journey, as soon as we walked to the hotel we were already informed that we had passed the time. We stayed in the 7th floor, it didn't give 2 minutes to get into the room to the receptionist warning that after the time would be charged. We went up to pick up the bags. Moreover, a hotel that if I need to go to Colombia would be staying for location and cleaning.

Great location and hotel in Medellin. We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were spacious, comfortable bed, and shower. Loved that the hotel was located inside one of the nicest malls in this city. Safe neighborhood, and close to Provenza to go out at night. I will definitely consider staying here again. I didn’t try the food, but had a couple of drinks at the bar on the rooftop.

Hotel near main road, if you go with children and use stroller it is a bit complicated due to the steep slopes due to the geography of the area, when you arrive they give you a welcome cocktail for adults (not very good) and ice cream for children , in general the breakfast is quite abundant and good, we were only one night for a connection flight, the international airport is about 1 hour

Best hostel with a nice view from the roof. There are several activities at the hostel. There is also a free gym, so you can do Yoga, lifting weight and many more. You can also get your laundry service at the hostel. Everyday the hostel make some social activities. Staff is friendly and can support with many of my questions.
