The best thing about the Mountain View is, well…the view. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was ok - nothing great, but more than adequate. The buffet had a large variety of dishes and dietary restrictions were accommodated sufficiently. The layout of the hotel is different. We walked under long covered sidewalks with lots of steps to our room. If you have mobility issues…you’ll need to be very careful. Our room was comfortable, but dated. We did notice the hotel starting to undertake renovations. So, even though the rooms are dated, you’ll be able to get a good night’s rest and take a nice, hot shower. The service commitment of the staff is exemplary. Food is ok - great (and very affordable) wine selections.

Very nice hotel. Well run and organized. Staff pleasant and helpful. They immediately address your issues if you have any. This hotel clearly knows how to accommodate large groups and the staff are trained to handle such. The layout of the hotel is nice as well. The Dinner and breakfast were good.

Stayed one night traveling through the area and it was a very nice hotel. Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The view was incredible- beautiful Mountain View’s all around the hotel!

Excellent location and surroundings. Good Breakfast. Rooms are outdated, Bathrooms not nice.Blocked Shower. Basin tap sprayed water everywhere. Lack of proper maintenance and housekeeping. Towels had seen better days.

We arrived in a group of 14 but it was very chaotic. A key was missing. When we were settled some of the group needed to change the room. The rooms were very old fashioned. Small bed, small room, looked not clean. Restaurant buffet was also very basic but it was good food. We had much better hotels during our trip.

We enjoyed the view and the hospitality of Mountain View Hotel. We stayed at the South Wing room and it was a perfect size for us, and even a great view from the window. Just one thing is that AC(heater) did not turn on, but soon the house keeping came and fixed our trouble. Restaurant was great, enough food and good quality we loved the ox tail, the waitress was very nice and helped us out very well. We would strongly recommend and also want to stay agin ourselves.

This hotel was part of a package for a 16-Day South Africa/Victoria Falls/Botwana tour. If you're looking for a "cookie cutter" type hotel with the same old, bells and whistles, then this inn is not for you. This inn offers "genuine" hospitality and service." The rooms overlooking the valley in Mbabane offer breathtaking views. I can honestly say, visiting Eswatini was a highlight of our journey as I had not expected it to be so beautiful, and the people so genuinely nice. The hotel itself is what I fondly refer to as old-world charm. The rooms are SPACIOUS, bathrooms very nice with very good toiletries, king is a true KING bed (super comfortable), the hotel is super clean, service efficient and friendly, and we had both a buffet dinner and breakfast; both were delicious! (Kudos to the chef for a job well done! I had never had onions sauteed in turmeric before. Delicious!) The inn has nicely planted gardens, which also features a very large swimming pool. It is situated in a very "quiet" suburban area offering casual comfort in a very relaxing environment. I happily recommend this inn, and would gladly book here again.

We asked to see the Manager Mr Namala and he refused to, eventually he did and it got to him wantinf to kick one of my friends out and telling us we not customers. Yet we go to the bar almost every.. We had concerns about price hike and we weren't notified.. We have videos of him, so we will definitely make them go viral...

We stayed for one night, as Swaziland or Eswatini as it is called now in halfway on the drive between Kruger and Hluhluwe parks. The hotel is located in a nice and quite neighbourhood of Mbabane. This is positive, but it seems there is not much to do around. Stuff was polite and helpful. Rooms offered good views, but furniture and decoration needs renovation. Buffet dinner was fair.
