We booked this hotel at the last minute because our AirBnB was a bust. Went here with a group of 6 women and booked the two bedroom suite on the 7th floor. This place was amazing! All of the staff were super nice and extremely accommodating from the restaurant staff to housekeeping, to the men who helped out on the beach in front of the resort. We enjoyed drinks at the Oyster Bar. Wouldn’t suggest doing this unless you wanna pay USA prices for shots. We left with an unexpected $100 tab! If you stick with mixed/frozen drinks it’s not as expensive. Would recommend a Miami Vice over expensive shots. Location is great within walking distance of a lot of places. Catching a ride is super easy because the taxis wait outside of the resort. This resort is right on the beach and has a nice seating area. Only gripe and why I took off one star is the vendors. It would be nice if the people working for the resort assisted with shoeing the beach vendors away. The amount of times I had to say “no” was ridiculous. They almost make it hard to really enjoy the beach. I had to pretend I was asleep so they would leave me alone. Definitely recommend this place for the staff and great room. The views were amazing, we were able to sleep to the sound of the waves and watch the most beautiful sunsets. Amazing staff. Great location. Clean room nice bathrooms.

Experience was poor. Went to the snack shop and was given a coffee with chunks of milk floating in it. When I showed them and asked for a new one they said no it was fine I had to pay a new one. Asked the management to deal with it and they were indifferent. Breakfast wasn’t great either. Room was ok but had some maintenance issues e.g lights not working etc.

Great location, clean hotel, nice pool and great Guacamole at the pool! It was our first time in Mazatlán and this hotel was a great spot to stay for couples or small families! Staff were so awesome as well, sense we didn’t know much Spanish.

We choose to stay at the Posada Freeman in the historic center for two reasons, proximity to the historic center and second the view from this hotel is AMAZING. The hotel staff were wonderful. We booked two king bedrooms that had views of the ocean and the historic center. This hotel is walking distance to everything in the historic center and el Centro with great restaurants and boutique shops.

The main needs of this vacation were beach, sand, pool, drinks, food. This fit the bill as the cheapest, direct flight for both my wife and I from BC and my brother and his wife from SK. A RIU this resort is NOT but we knew that going in. We knew the food would not be great, it isn't in the buffet. It's adequate for one visit maybe two but after that too limited and too repetitive. We chose instead to visit one of the smaller restaurants and either the Luna, Pacific Tower or Star Palace from breakfasts and select one of the dinner options each evening. Through that dining experience which was good we met Ramon. What an exceptionally pleasant, knowledgeable, hardworking and catering man. We asked to use the one dining room that was closed to play cards in. It was hard to find a quiet place to get away for that kind of activity. He said absolutely and turned the lights on for us and even asked us what we would like to drink. He even made the drinks, which were all exceptional, himself. Each evening then we asked for dinner that would take us to Ramon. He gave us special treatment and made us very welcome each evening for dinner and our card games. He served us drinks through the evening even while he was managing the dinners. The last evening he made me a dirty martini that was very excellent. Four olives!! If we were to decide to go here again we would choose the Luna Palace to stay in as it is a bit more laid back, nice pool and quieter. Not fault of the hotel but bands play on the beach and are extremely loud. The hotel was also fully booked with local families and associations or teams so very busy. We never were able to use the main pool but the Pacific pool was a good alternative and we stayed on the beach under a Palapa.

棕棕榈港长孙无忌The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, a 30-minute drive from the airport. 5-10 minutes walk to the beach, beautiful scenery. The restaurant buffet on the first floor of the hotel is very good, Mexican style, 180 pesos / person, RMB 66 / person, service is very good! There are various restaurants around the hotel, and the building is very beautiful, completely Spanish style. Artist performances in the small square near Sunday, the standard is extremely high!
MMichèle90The location of their private beach is the best in my opinion it’s so clean. The service of the hotel is too strict. I ran into problems because of the bracelet thing. One of my family members got her deers erased by being in the beach and she was stopped and asked to go to the reception to check if she was a guest at the hotel but we told the security to look at our bracelets and they were from the hotel and my grandmas was also fading yet he didn’t believe us so we had to go to the reception. It was time wasted that we had to deal with just for them to be yes they are guests. And then it happened again because the first time they didn’t change our bracelets when they should’ve have done that in the first place.
GGuest UserI was there three weeks. Excellent location. SUPER STAFF. Had 9 th floor facing the water. CLEAN AS A WHISTLE!! Beach band was a bit much...Mexican polka...but that is not hotel's fault. Breakfast each morning was a super way to start the day. EVERYONE WORKED HARD TO MAKE MY STAY GREAT. The ”refrig in the room was not a refrig...it just looked like one. Staff replaced it, to no avail. TRAVELING WITH INSULIN, a non functional refrig was a concern. Hotel needs to address this!
GGuest UserOur family of 5 had stayed at this resort for the first time. We have 3 kids ages 6, 12, and 15. We had a wonderful time. We decided to go with the all-inclusive package. We had a difficult time finding reviews on the all-inclusive so decided to give it a chance. We're glad we did. It was worth the money. The food was good, drinks were great, and we enjoyed some of the excursions including zip-lining and going to deer island. The highlight of our trip was Adrian who is a server at the pool. His English was excellent and he worked so hard to serve our family. He learned what we liked and how we liked things and was proactive to make sure we had everything we needed. He was fun and his service was a large part of why our time was so relaxing and special. We also loved that the resort was so close to the ocean. The water was so warm and we had a great time playing in the water with our kids. The rooms gave us a nice place to rest when we got too hot or needed a break. The WiFi worked well for us and was fast enough to stream movies and do a long Zoom work meeting. We had a great time and hope we can return someday.
Older resort, but clean had everything we needed. beach is very nice, not to many people, except on Cruise Ship days (cruise ship passengers are welcome here) very busy on these days. Staff - my experience mostly good, except a security guard Damien.. he came at us very angry waving his hands yelling at us, he was speaking in spanish (i know its the language there) but i had no idea what he was yelling about. As luck has it a lady and her husband helped with translation. The issue was my pool bag was open and laying on top of my stuff was a bag of nachoes (apparently not allowed on pool deck, i was never told this when checked in or any time during my stay) We were in hot tub when this all started, no where near my bag, and no one was eating the nachoes. we had just came up from the beach. My frustration, Why was Damien looking in my bag in the first place? Why did he not get a staff member that i could communicate with and simply tell us that nachoes was not allowed on pool deck? Why did he get so angry and make me feel like i had done something criminal? I did go to front desk and report, someone did talk to me and assure me that this would not happen again, and it didnt. The front desk did also tell me that the next morning i would get a call from the manager, but that did not happen. Damien ignored me for the rest of our stay. I am not a rule breaker, and i am not a complainer but this did have an impact on the rest of my stay, i was on edge and nervous that he would approach me in this manner again. The rest of the staff were kind. Location of hotel in golden zone would be hard to beat, you are right in the center of all resturants, and entertainment. Yes i would return Front desk should give all guests at check in a list of the rules.
This hotel has exceeded my expectations!! I absolutely love all of the workers and how friendly and attentive they are ! All the food and drinks have been amazing and the pools are so much fun! I also love how close it is to the beach and getting to experience some of the culture away from the hotel. The hotel is close to many different restaurants and shops down the streets that are fun and safe to explore, definitely recommend!
GGuest UserAlthough the price is good , it could improve its quality in cleaning as in the bathroom smells very bad to moisture and Ami touched me the 3rd floor and doesn't rest well for a very annoying noise maybe from the bomb but did not let me sleep, The Wi-Fi does not serve , there is no place to hang your clothes do not put double sofa .
GGuest UserThey are very good, the truth is, they are very good pillows, I recommend this hotel, the truth is that all of it is accessible, it has free parking, not like others that charge to leave your car for even about 3 hours and that's it.
