After securing my reservation online, i called the facility to inquire about early check-in. It was 1;45pm. On-line stated that their check-in was 4:30pm. Upon finally reaching a person to speak to....i was treated with rude haste and hung up on. I drove to this facility and sat in the parking lot to observe.
This hotel looked shabby, the parking lot was rough terrain. It appeared to be a seedy, unsafe, unsecure environment. I did not even go inside. I wasted money because of the rude treatment to myself, a paying customer. And because of the ill, unkempt visually, and unsecured feelings of the outside environment i did not even want to stay. Refund please.?!

The only issue i had was the air conditioner was a mess. It was so loud i couldn't sleep. However, my check in was good, the room was clean, and the pillows were fluffy.

So I booked an accessibility room and I'm given a third floor room and no elevator in this hotel. But it gets better I finally climb the stairs and my key don't work. I go back down to get a new key and climb all the way back up and that key don't work. After the employee tried several times and went to use his key a man inside the room opened the door and said "There's someone in here!" That was horrifying for him, us and the guy who was staying in room 310.

Room smelled musty and damp...carpets felt damp , meth heads everywhere, arguing in parking lot at 2am , someone working on their car til midnight right outside our window...parking lot in horrible condition...desk clerk very nice though.

Room was clean & the bed was comfortable but; the television was never up to par. The lady came and fixed usb cord t.v. worked only manually never remote; otherwise micro & refrigerator cool.

I paid in cash at the motel and they REFUSED to give me a Receipt when I checked out!! When I checked in, I had to call some one on my phone and wait for over 10 minutes for some one to check me in!!!!
