The room is big and clean

The environment is very poor. When it rains, the sewage is discharged into the entrance. The sea water is smelly, so you can't go into the sea at all.

Our first stay at Trou aux Biches Beachcomber was pleasant and full of surprise. When we arrived at the hotel, we were impressed by its location and beauty. Our stay was short but sweet and we enjoyed every moment. The room was so comfortable and modern. The wide variety of fresh foods were so tasty and delicious. The hotel also provided various activities and different events everyday. The members of the staff were so amazing. And always smiling. Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful. A big thanks to dedicated persons namely Miss Divya, Mr Vishal, Miss Kimberly, Mr Kavisen, Mrs Kevina, Miss Rhiana, Mrs Stella, Mr Randhir and Mr Kevin. You all make our stay a memorable one Special mention to the omnipresent and our 'coup de coeur' Chef Wahed. Always taking good care of every guest. Thank you for your kindness, smile, good mood and support. We would highly recommend Trou aux Biches Beachcomber to families and friends. The hotel was fantastic from the moment you walked in the foyer, the view straightaway leading out onto the Ocean really set the tone. The staff looked after us straight away with a light refreshment and warm wet towel to wipe your hands and face and this carried attention to detail by the staff carried on throughout the holiday.

We had an amazing experience at Trou aux Biches. The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Elizabeth, Veeshal and Ibrahim, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Our driver, Roshan, was absolutely exceptional—the best driver we’ve ever had. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, offering great insights about the area and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. His dedication and genuine care truly stood out and made a significant difference in our experience. We highly recommend Trou aux Biches for its beautiful setting and outstanding service. A great experience. All needs catered for- nothing was too much trouble. Made to feel very valued and welcome. The resort was first class with a range of activities as well as a variety of restaurants to try something different. The staff were very caring and helpful in every aspect of our stay. Thank you.

We had a wonderful staycation. Warm welcome and feel the Mauritian hospitality. Room clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Great food and all staff very attentive to details - remembered our name. Was pleasure meeting some of the staff we know. Mini bar good choice and variety Spa experience was a bliss - very relaxing treatment and the therapists very food. Indeed a relaxing and memorable moment

All in all, the hotel's architecture is stunning, and the surrounding landscape is breathtaking. Excellent check-in and greeting were provided. The Oasis Restaurant's supper buffet was delicious and well-served. The following morning at Oasis, breakfast was not so great. It may take a while to get what you need if it isn't available at the breakfast buffet, and they won't bother to notify you when it does. The primary bar service met the goal by a small margin. Liam is simply too skilled. We’ve been watching him, and he simply treats every guest fairly and with great professionalism. Lunch at the Caravel restaurant was a terrible experience. After being seated, we had to wait for service multiple times. There's no first-come, first-served policy, and certain guests are prioritised. We just noticed some staff members' discriminatory attitudes. Jessen provides great service at Mahiya, the Indian restaurant, and we are really grateful for the overall calibre of service. I'm grateful,Jessen and Nilesh . Their level of service exceeded expectations. La Plage Restaurant for lunch was simply delicious, and the service was outstanding.All of the personnel was really friendly and attentive to each and every guest, which was really outstanding. Everything is just fine—room, beach service, etc.

This was my first time at Trou Aux Biches and it certainly exceeded my expectations! We arrived in the afternoon and immediately headed for lunch at La Plage, situated directly on the beach where we dined with our feet nestled in the sand - the setting couldn't have been more breathtaking! The food was outstanding, and the service was equally impressive. Our room (Junior Suite) was incredibly spacious, featuring a large shower, bathtub, and luxury amenities. The beach in front of Trou Aux Biches has to be the most best beach in Mauritius, it is absolutely stunning and perfect for swimming! I will definitely be back to Trou Aux Biches!

This beautiful resort is located on the best beach on the island. As you walk in , you can feel the luxury of this resort. It is a large property, so that is something to keep in mind. The hotel offers a large range of activities and facilities. Dinner at Blue ginger was a highlight! Cant wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at the resort, very child-friendly, the staff is super welcoming and friendly and very helpful all the time, we felt very comfortable and relaxed. All the activities we could book such as catamaran, glass bottom boat, snorkeling and diving were very well organized. All the restaurants are great for eating, and the waiters and staff are very well trained and sympatic. We had a great stay and will definitely return to this fantastic location and resort.

Great hotel, one of the best I have stayed in. I was there for six days in September with my 16 year old daughter. Swimming out to the sea turtles every day was amazing. I loved the shower in my room. (It was outside). The gym was great and it had everything you needed for a workout. It was also a short walk to the local supermarked and local restaurants. I would love to come back.
