Just returned from an 11 night stay at the Azuri Blu. The hotel is excellent, spacious, clean and well maintained rooms with great facilities. The pool area has ample sun beds and the kayaks, paddle boards and pedelos were great fun. The hotels staff are incredibly friendly and so happy to help. Vinay the Guest Services Manager arranged excursions for us both of which were amazing. Angelo and the restaurant/bar team were all great too. We'll definitely return to Mauritius and the Azuri Blu for another relaxing family holiday in the future.

After reading multiple reviews we thought everything would be top notch, in reality the hotel falls short – it completely depends on your expectations. Our experience was a real mixed bag, so I’ve attempted to detail all events factually, to decide whether this is the right destination for you. – Location The hotel is located on the windy side of the island. We expected there to be a strong breeze, but at times it was more like 30mph, so you would like a light sandblasting if on the beach – unsurprisingly no one uses the sun beds there. – Activities The hotel includes a good programme - walks, cycling, caves etc - all included. They’re short but enjoyable. You’ll need some local change to bring you back on the local bus. There’s a range of watersports kits - it’s all beginner style, so don’t expect harnesses etc for windsurfing. The beach team were not keen to let you out due to the wind. Also there’s a good amount of rocks around, so at low tide you really need to be careful. There’s one main large pool sectioned into three. At most times there are children playing in it, so was difficult to swim lengths. The main fitness pool closed for renovations, that’s behind the gym – this was a real let down. The pool area has towels left out overnight on beds or guests getting up at 5.30am, so all taken by 6am. If this is what you’re looking for, you’ll need to be early as the hotel staff don’t clear off towels after the stated 1 hour of none use. – Standard garden room Is a good size, including a Childs folding bed. There is a strange two level design, so in the night you just need to be careful is visiting the bathroom. Cleaning was ok, but the floors not mopped, so by the end of the stay looked like it needed a good clean and we ensured to leave our shoes outside. On a couple of occasions they forgot to replace the water and towels. Don’t expect flowers on pillows etc like some other more luxury resorts. Unfortunately my daughter’s necklace, which was in a small bag was thrown away by the cleaners. There was no apology, nor was it replaced. It was unfortunate but could have been handled better. We found most staff to be pleasant, possibly not as attentive as other resorts. - Food and drinks Beach bar If you’re looking for relatively poor drinks you’ve come to the right place. Cocktails are made without jigs or real care, so two can be very different. They’re all very sweet (so ask to leave the sugar syrup out) and quite weak – we suspect the local spirits are low volume and quality. If you’re after drinking any kind of booze all day you’ll enjoy it. If you’re looking for a couple of decent cocktails, you’ll be sadly disappointed. Plastic cups weren’t collected from the beach – personally we returned ours, but it wasn’t great to see some left there for days. Le Comptoir buffet - good selection, friendly chefs to speak to. Tables cleaned slowly, some younger staff not looking like they wanted to be there. Drinks at the table were a litt

We had a great time in the resort. Everything is well planned and arranged. This is a great family friendly place with plenty of things to do and explore. The food was amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful towards answering questions and booking services. Thank you

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Azuri in Mauritius! The hotel’s stunning beachfront location was perfect for relaxation. The highlight was the excellent customer service; the staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect getaway!

Had a fantastic holiday with our three children aged 2421 and 18. Vinay was fantastic in taking care of us in the hotel. Ramesh was amazing in the restaurant tailoring to our needs. And always very considerate and helpful. We are already planning to go again in 2025 to the same hotel

I am currently staying as part of a two week holiday with my wife. Customer Service - this is what the hotel thrives and excels in. The staff across all hotel amenities are first class. On arrival, the reception staff are welcoming, and this theme is mirrored throughout the length of your stay, The hotel is located in the NE of the island over 1 hr from airport and is ideally situated for those individuals looking for a more quiet time. There is plenty to do from the boathouse which caters to all your water sports to its own 9 hole golf course, you won't be stuck. The hotel is spotlessly clean, Rooms are spacious, modern, and well equipped. Pool area is fantastic and the beach is an arms length away. Food - could be improved and why this is not a 5 star review. The food can be somewhat repetitive, particularly breakfast and dinner. Each night has an international themed menu. However, the same dishes do transcend across each night. There are various dining options available across the resort that can also be booked Although all staff deserve acknowledgement, special mentions to Shiel and Adrash in reception. Linesh, Innesh, Josh, and Suhil in the bar, Vinod, Porvashi in the restaurant, nothing is too much trouble, and they do go the extra mile in ensuring your every need is catered for. Would definitely recommend.

This was my 2nd visit. We have just returned after a wonderful 10 days break at Radisson Blu Azuri. From start to finish the staff could not do enough to make our stay pleasant, we were treated so well, like royalties , nothing was too much to ask! From the Reception team, to the Restaurant team, the cooks/chefs, house keeping, the bar staff & the spa team -all gave an excellent service, the best any resort could provide. The resort is exactly as described on their web pages so I won’t go into details here- it’s an absolutely wonderful place for a relaxing break which is what we wanted this holiday. However It is the amazing staff which makes this resort the superb place it is ! Planning our next holiday there already :)

Staying at Radisson Blu Azuri Mauritius was by far the best decision we ever made. Second time around staying here for us and honestly no better place for comfort, food, facilities and above all customer service. Special thanks to Customer liaison Manager Vinay and his wonderful Reception team, House Keeping and on-site facilities teams. Also big shout out to Vinod and Ramesh the catering managers and their fantastic catering and bar teams. Honestly, I have taken the names of 20+ staff members to thank personally but sadly too many too mention on here. The staff know who they are as we speak and thank them daily. Nothing is ever too much to ask any staff member. Spa, pools, boathouse, golfcourse, restaurants, shops make for a very pleasant stay. We feel safe and secure here to as the in-house security are outstanding . There's everything you need on site for a comfortable stay but hotel reception can offer so many excursions and trips off site if you fancy an away day. We are sad to leave but more determined than ever to return for a third visit here (already planned). Blu Azuri Hotel is a fabulous stay but its the friendliness, warmth and sincerity of the staff who make it doubly worth it. Thank you so much.
