It's literally at Kappabashi, dinner was fine dining (really amazing) , and breakfast was amazing. Heater in the rooms took a bit to get use to , but they were super proper and everything was almost perfect. Highly recommended

何を喋ってるか全くわからなく困惑してしまいました。
レストランの夕食はメインが美味しくなかった。
朝食はとても美味しかったし、サービスも良かった。
景色は文句なく一番のホテル、泊まるなら絶対表、裏部屋は安くても泊まらない方が良いと思います。

お部屋から見える景色は最高でした。
ベランダでハンモックをつり、穂高連峰と梓川に囲まれて最高の時間を過ごすことができ、まさに命の洗濯でした。
お料理もとても素敵でおいしくて幸せでした。
宅配便をお世話してくださった方をはじめとしてスタッフの皆様もとても感じが良かったです。

位置很好的酒店，晚餐的法式料理給了我們小小的驚喜，一次很不錯的體驗，還看到了雪景，好贊。
唯一遺憾的是結賬明明寫着可以付款寶付款，點了下午茶結賬時確被告知不可以，作為這樣的一個酒店這個小遺憾還是讓人不舒服。
還有還有那個泡湯的地方還是關了吧，太mini了，不過好在衝著酒店去的，房間可以看到山河景緻，非常滿意。

今回初めて上高地に行く際に、予約しました。
クチコミを頼りにして利用しましたが、立地やサービスそして部屋の清潔さともに満足度高いホテルです。 ほとんどの宿泊客は皆二人以上の宿泊客ばかりで、一人客は見あたららなかったが、のんびり過ごせてスタッフの方も皆さん親切で快適な滞在ができました。

Great location. Right in the middle of Kamikochi. Convenient for 1-2 nights stay to experience all of Kamikochi. The food was excellent, given the remote location of the hotel from the city. Rooms are recently renovated. Recommend getting the room with the river view.

One think to be improved: communication with the hotel took long time, they insert your messages only after a few days…
