Amenities were provided and I had a comfortable stay. I'm glad they have ReFa products.
The only disappointing thing is that if you make a reservation, you can't receive the member benefits.

初めて利用したのですが、チェックインまでがスムーズではなく部屋の清掃に問題あり。トイレの便座に尿がついており、除菌剤も何もなく、部屋のカビ臭さエアコンの埃、換気扇の埃、寝た気がしなかった。
