Matsue universal hotel is a good hotel. It is located nearby train station which is more convenient to transport. I can go to the city closed to hotel. It is comfortable for me to go shopping. Bedroom is good but there is small smell from furniture. It is a big room and service is good.
I recommend you to book this hotel, good price, good place and good facilities.

The location of the hotel is really convenient, in front of Jr Matsue Station. The price-performance ratio is very high, and it even includes breakfast and dinner. It's just a little bit older, and the cleanliness needs to be improved.

The location is the best because it is right next to the 7-Eleven convenience store at Matsue Station. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't use the public bath because the instructions for using it were not clear, and that I requested a buffet but it was replaced with a meal for one person, which was different from the initial introduction. Matsue Castle is close, 10 minutes away by bus, and I walked there.

First of all, I am grateful that I was able to stay at this hotel for this price during the autumn holidays. The location is great, just one minute from the station. The room is spacious, and the deal includes not only breakfast but also dinner. To be honest, I felt like I was being deceived. The building is old, and the fixtures and lights are old and some are broken, but it's not a deal that I can complain about. I think this is a great value hotel for friends or those staying for business. I wouldn't recommend it for couples, though.
