We stayed here to belatedly celebrate our Valentine's anniversary and it was a special place to celebrate. Located on a beautiful creek, with birds chirping in the trees and great blue herons in the water it was pretty idyllic. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the dock and looking at the water and sitting on the screened in porch. Our room, East Billups, was cozy and comfortable and located in the main house. Breakfast was spectacular and particular care was taken of my gluten intolerance issue. Fresh ground coffee, tea, and juice were offered along with a different fruit each day. We had wine and appetizers on Saturday night and as a winter stay incentive a bottle of wine and cheese board was in our fridge. We have been to many places and stayed in many bnbs and the Inn at Tabbs Creek stands out as one of the most outstanding. We look to being back in warmer weather to enjoy all of the water activities on offer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners do everything to make you feel comfortable and at home. The room was comfortable and offered everything we needed. Snacks and drinks always available. Wonderful coffee and breakfast in the morning. We would certainly go back .

We LOVE this quiet little place on the water. The owners Lori and Greg are so inviting, warm and accommodating (to the best of their ability). We brought our pup Bo with us and he LOVED meeting new people. They have so much to offer, reach out and give them a call if you have questions. We’ve been about 6-7 times now and will keep coming back!!

My wife and I loved our stay and will definitely stay again. The breakfasts were amazing and the people were friendly and helpful recommending places to visit. It is such a beautiful place with amazing views and sunsets. If you are looking for a peaceful and amazing place we highly recommend The Inn at Tabbs Creek.

When we arrived at the Inn we were given a warm welcome and tour from Greg, the innkeeper. The downstairs rooms, open for guests, are reminiscent of a French country kitchen and dining area replete with a double-sided fireplace. They were classy and cozy as was the library with its book lined walls, guitar and fireplace. We opted to stay in the Bayside Suite this time, which has a good view of the water and is very private. We managed to spend an evening on the patio warmed by the firepit and heater before the rain arrived. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable suite to spend time in on a rainy day. It was well stocked and we were delighted with the extra goodies from Greg and Lisa. We found the in-wall fireplace mesmerizing with its different colors. The breakfasts at the Inn are excellent and this time was no different. Lisa and Sara prepared wonderful meals for us. The setting at the Inn is serene, and we enjoyed our time on the dock birdwatching. Next time we visit we'd like to come when everything is in bloom.

Can't say enough good things about the Inn. The location was gorgeous. Sitting on the dock on a perfect October afternoon was so relaxing. The grounds are so pretty. I stayed in the Captain's Room with a fabulous view of the water. The rooms were spotless! Everything a guest needs is already anticipated and supplied from the lovely bathrobes to the stocked kitchen with snacks and coffee/wine. The firepit is prepped and ready to go. Plenty of kayaks available. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the owners and staff were so lovely. The Inn is very charming and I would gladly stay again.

From check-in to check-out, we had a wonderful experience. Our room was ready earlier than planned and we received a text to let us know, so we didn't linger on our drive to get there. All of the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The breakfasts were delicious and the amenities were wonderful. The historic Inn is beautifully situated on a quiet river and within a short drive of some lovely natural beaches and places of interest. We didn't take proper attire for kayaking but will be sure to do so the next time so we can explore the waterside more. October is a great time to travel to this part of the world as it's oyster season and the local restaurants did not disappoint!

Wonderful place to get away for a few days! Sparkling clean rooms with the most comfortable blankets we have ever seen (we ordered one). Delicious breakfasts with delightful staff that explained the items on the menu and where they came from. Accessible rooms for those of us with mobility problems. Bikes and kayaks are available for those so inclined and a pool right outside the door. The vistas are unmatched and the inn was located close to town and many dining opportunities. Loved it and we’ll be back.

This place is secluded and beautiful. It feels like you've entered a whole new peaceful world when you arrive. The beds are so comfortable, and there are lovely touches everywhere. I so highly recommend going there. The hosts are wonderful. We love it and can't wait to go back. If I could move in, I would.
