Siamo stati a pranzo dal caro Signor Francesco il proprietario della struttura terra dei sassi… persona molto fastidiosa, presuntuosa e logorroica. Un locale fatiscente il tempo si è fermato agli anni 80, per non parlare del giardino e della corte antistante alla struttura poco curata. Il cameriere spaesato… a ogni richiesta doveva andare a contare le salsicce e il lombo di maiale in cucina… Alla richiesta di cosa ci fosse nell’antipasto… la sua risposta è stata “un antipasto”. Tempi di attesa molto lunghi... con la presa in giro del proprietario che vantava i propri piatti. Con sorpresa finale il conto…

Purtroppo non mi sono trovato benissimo in questa struttura … Per fortuna ci sono stato solo una notte , ma onestamente questo hotel non è granché … La Camera molto sempliciotta non offriva neppure il sapone per lavare le mani ( ho dovuto utilizzare la Bustina con dentro il bagnoschiuma ) Il frigo era staccato ed il Bagno era davvero minuscolo . Oltretutto per visitare i sassi , devi prendere l Auto e spostarti poiché l Hotel si trova all Uscita di Matera sud . L’unica cosa positiva è stata la gentilezza e l’educazione del signor Franco .

Weekend 7,8,9 luglio 2023. La struttura è bella, immersa nella campagna materana. Non troverete lo sfarzo. Troverete quello che serve per visitare Matera. In meno di 10 minuti siete parcheggiati nei pressi dei sassi. Spostarsi è davvero semplice. Le camere sono confortevoli, spaziose e pulite. Dopo una giornata in giro, ti fai una doccia, di riposi e sei pronto per andare a Matera per la serata e cenare. Per pranzare, se si vuole, sempre a poco meno di 10 minuti, vicino uscita Matera sud (dove si trova la struttura) c'è una COOP con una gastronomia dove abbiamo trovato focaccia, puccia e dolci tipici. Se sei mattiniero, ti fai una bella passeggiata immerso nei terreni coltivati a grano. Noi, da Chieti, dopo aver visitato BARI siamo arrivati qui. Una bella doccia e poi a Matera per la cena. Le DIVINE CREAZIONI, cavatelli con rape e pane tostato, buonissime. Il secondo giorno solo MATERA ed i suoi sassi. A cena ancora cavatelli!!! Il terzo giorno partenza per Alberobello e Polignano. Se andate a luglio, scegliete i primi giorni, c'è la festa religiosa davvero imponente. Per ogni richiesta del posto, il top è lui Francesco.

Wir hatten reserviert und waren dann doch die einzigen Gäste. Franco, der Wirt, und einer seiner Söhne bewirteten uns aufs beste – die Küche hatte extra wegen uns noch geöffnet. Und so bekamen wir eine leckere Vorspeise, Soulfood, Pasta, Fleisch, Dessert und selbst gemachten Mandarinenlikör mit einem Espresso.

Ho soggiornato una notte insieme alla mia famiglia prima di visitare Matera. L'agriturismo si trova a 10minuti di automobile dal centro di Matera, preziosi i consigli del signor Franco per la visita alla città. Camere pulite e spaziose, peccato solo non ci sia il phon nel bagno. La gestione familiare e l'accoglienza fanno sentire a casa di amici. Cibo semplice ,genuino e gustoso.

Non amo fare cattive recensioni,ma avendo prenotato io,ho fatto una pessima figura con I miei amici. Dalle recensioni era tutto bello, ma in realta niente di titto cio. Arriviamo al cancello, sensazione di un posto disabitato,tutto all abbandono sia duori che dentro . I vetri ,non commento, caldo all interno allucinante, l arredo datato, camere sprovviste di phon, poi agriturismo.....oooooo,cena con1 e 2 senza scelta ,formaggi,no .frutta no, dolce no,e oer finire la cozione non oresto perche i proprietari si alzano tutti i giorni presto e la domenica ,no. Allucinante è dir poco. Finisco qui, ah altri 6 sfortunati come noi ci hanno raccontato le stesse cose. Mi dispiace ma nel 2022 non va bene...Abbiamo pagato e via...Facendo poi 500 km per arrivare🙏

La struttura è poco distante da Matera e raggiungibile in 5 minuti di strada, è immersa tra il verde delle colline. Perfetta la qualità del sonno e la comodità delle stanze. Il titolare è molto gentile e fornisce preziose informazioni per ottimizzare il soggiorno a Matera. Colazione minimal ma gustosa, i dolci sono fatti in casa. Il prezzo è accessibilissimo e conveniente! Lo suggerisco!

Siamo stati benissimo, agriturismo a due passi dal centro storico, ottimi accoglienza e soggiorno, ottimo il cibo, usufruendo di una mezza pensione. Bellissima l'escursione con guida consigliata dal proprietario della struttura Francesco.

Très difficile à trouver. Personne sur place, sonnette cassée, un numéro de tel sur la sonnette, une attente avant l'arrivée des tenanciers. Petit déjeuner dit typique et spécialités régionales sur l'anonce hotel .com,Deux biscottes sous plastique et une cupules de confiture sous plastique.
