Mulu Marriott Resort & Spa Reviews

It was a pleasure staying at this Resort , which is the only 5 star resort in the middle of nowhere, also there free shuttle services. Marriott is a nice hotel with excellent food and service.

Great hotel. Super friendly staff Have free bus to/from airport and Mulu park as many times as you need. Food is excellent. Rooms very big and facilities very nice as well

One of the best experiences so far. Very clean and well facilitated. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly. The hotel provides a transport shuttle to the Airport and National Park every time of schedule. Which is very convenient for tourists. Outstanding experience.

Environment was very good. With early check in for free since we arrived early at 11am. Initially they didnt give us with bathtub. After requested they change the room with bathtub for me. Just a bit far

We stayed in a twin room and everything was ok until it started to rain heavily. The rain seeped through the false ceiling and landed on the side of the mattress. We called the front desk and immediately they send someone to attend to this matter. We were asked to shift to the room next door. The breakfast spread was good. Overall stay was pleasant and comfortable except for the hassle to change room.

The room is spacious and comfortable. You can smell the nature surrounding the hotel. The room Is clean and classy as well.

Great! Would stay again. This is the best option to stay in mulu with a swimmingpool

The hotel was great overall! Free pick up from the airport in a unique lorry and very good service from all staff. The room was also very clean. Great getaway and definitely recommend for anyone wishing to visit mulu national park.

An absolute gem this resort is. Set amidst lush greenery, I am still marvelled at how they manage to build and maintain this slice of luxury in this remote location. Staff are absolutely brilliant and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them, including bringing extra water a d room service to your rooms in the rain (the rooms are housed in separate buildings from the main lobby building and staff quarters). You can ask for a shuttle to the park whenever you need - there is no fixed schedule binding you. Breakfast was a buffet and also very commendable given the remote location and the fact that almost all ingredients are air flown in. The Marriott standard continues to shine through. Cannot recommend this place enough for your time in Mulu.

Got this red spots/rashes all the body from the 2nights stay in Mulu Marriott resort!! I have confirmed with two pharmacies that this is by bed mites!! I will be returning to Singapore tomorrow and will definitely see a doctor to get the proof!!! Very bad experience! Disastrous!! if I ever left any scars from this. The hotel is in full responsibility!!

Great service and wonderful clean rooms. Pool was unfortunately under upgrading and it will be nice if the hotel management can keep the guests informed in advance. Food choices are limited but understandable due to the remoteness of the place. There is a small shop in the hotel which is barely stocked with snacks. It will be great if the hotel can improve on this as the restaurant food is limited and the nearest minimart is like 30 minutes walk away.

Mulu Marriot Hotel the only 5 atars in Gunung Mulu National Park. Overall the hotel are good. Need improvement on the foods. The rest i am ok and satisfied inclusive the staffs are well friendly.
