One of the most horrible nights of my life. Booked with smartbox a ROOM which in the photo appeared spacious, well furnished and well equipped. We were welcomed by the landlady who took us to the fifth floor (no lift) and led us to a closet with a microscopic window overlooking an internal building, with the roof covered by plexiglass. Absolutely unlivable due to lack of air. The toilet is located outside the room in another narrow and dirty closet. Breakfast, included in the package, was prevented by the presence of a VERY lively German shepherd. The location is in a multi-ethnic and characteristic neighborhood, but which becomes cramped due to the presence of Roma families stationed on the street corners, dirt and chaos. Pretty depressing. The entrance door of the building always remains open because it is broken. We had to give up the second night which we had already paid for out of desperation. We tried to request another accommodation for the night, but one of the landlady's ingenious responses was to buy a fan. Besides the obvious mockery, we never felt safe or at ease.

One-night stay suitable for this duration: no wardrobe, shared toilet on the landing, sink/shower area (well fitted out) in the bedroom as a bathroom, reception in a hurry at 9 p.m., after a difficulty in finding it very poorly lit doorbell on the boulevard, which is also quite dark... nevertheless, an owner, seen in the morning at breakfast, very nice.

Tres bon accueil , ambiance chaleureuse( genre pension de famille ) entourée d'animaux ( chien chats perroquet) et de plantes. Le menage est leger, ....Petit dejeuner copieux. Helas le confort de la chambre est très sommaire , et le bruit de la ventilation toute la nuit

Hébergement modeste, propre, avec logeuse très accueillante. Les WC sont à l’étage. Surtout, il est regrettable que l’enregistrement se fasse à 19h30 et que l’on doive partir à 10h au plus tard.
