Four years people had told me about the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakesh. Now I understand why it has received such praise. My villa was probably the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. The entire property is well appointed, and the staff are wonderful.

I recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Marrakesh. Although I stayed in many nice hotels before, I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between modern luxury and the distinct Moroccan aesthetic. What really set this stay apart was the exceptional service, especially from my butler, Essaid. His attention to detail and readiness to assist with any request made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. I also had the pleasure of engaging in enriching conversations with Enzo, whose insights and company greatly enhanced my experience. The rooms were elegant and provided a peaceful retreat. I stayed at one of the Atlas suites, which are placed in the main building. I can highly recommend them, since they offer a breathtaking view over the resort and the mountains. I would highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

As loyal 'fans' of the Mandarin Oriental, we have stayed at a number of properties around the world, and can attest to the Mandarin Oriental, Marrakesh as the most incredible experience we have ever enjoyed. Upon arrival at the airport we were greeted by our representative and transferred to the property. The Mandarin recommended we purchase Fast Track and it was worth every penny! The warm welcome upon arrival and the unparalleled luxury of our villa (spectacular) was only surpassed by every staff member that we interacted with. Without exception!

This my third time staying at this beautiful property and always want to go back. Our butler "Osama" made this trip more special. I highly recommend to have Osama as your butler during your stay. Cant wait to go back to this beautiful property

This was our first trip to Marrakech and it was incredible! Highly recommend staying the Mandarin. We loved our hotel room, the grounds, restaurants, spa, gym, and pool. And I would add that the hotel is focused on excellent service delivered by an outstanding group of people - we truly felt at home with how the Mandarin team cared for us from the moment we arrived to our departure.

If you are looking for the perfect experience in Marrakech, look no further than Mandarin Oriental. The hotel is perfectly situated with easy access to the city but with enough distance to enjoy the calm of the resort. The Villas are perfect for any occasion and are super spacious and well appointed. The outdoor area of the Villas provides multiple seating options, and the outdoor fireplace is perfect for nighttime. Be sure to try an in-room dining experience which makes use of the outdoor kitchen. The pool and jacuzzi are quite luxurious really top off the rest of the outdoor area. You will not want to leave your private oasis. I would like to thank the entire team for a memorable and flawless experience. From the moment that we arrived at the airport, we felt a sense of caring from the team. I would like to personally thank Ali, Fiona, Yasser, and Christophe for their thoughtful and anticipatory service. Yasser even uncovered through conversation that my wife had recently begun a new job and arranged for a celebratory amenity with a handwritten congratulations card. This was quite thoughtful and unexpected. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience.
