This is a beautifully decorated riad with characterful individual rooms. It has an extensive roof terrace on which breakfast is served. Staff are extremely helpful and welcoming. It has a beautiful spa wing, which although I didn't use, looked wonderful.

Just back from 2 weeks exploring Morocco and had a wonderful two night stay at Riad Bindoo. We were are family of 4 (kids 9 & 11) and stayed in a great room, which was big enough for us all. THe staff were brilliant with everything, from answer questions before we arrived, organising a 3-course meal for myself and husband and providing breaded chicked for my fussy kids!! We all had a hammam together, which was an experience, and was really good. I had a massage, which was exceptional! We used the pool, which was really refreshing and loved having breakfast on the roof terrace. We will definately return!!

Amazing stay, the service staff couldnt have been more attentative and happy to help. Breakfast comes with a freshly squeezed orange juice which i enjoyed. Its a very marrakech breakfast so don't expect your british or continental breakfast but i think this shouldnt be expected when staying in a riad and as breakfast is included you can always just go out for a change if you want. Only con for me personally was i found the single bed hard but my friend loved it - i also think this is a standard thing in marrakech but i certainly wouldnt score them down for this. Very clean in all areas. A must do whilst here is have a visit to their spa for a hammam and massage which both were exceptional!!! Do not miss that opportunity and the spa is stunning.

Riad Bindoo and the staff made our stay in Marrakech remarkable. The Riad itself is stunning and offers the perfect spot to relax when you have been on the busy streets of Marrakech. The courtyard, with the pool and terrace allows for sun, quiet, birdsong and a breathe of fresh air whilst relaxing. The staff are what make this place so special. EVERY member of staff from reception to cleaners were so helpful and friendly. The gentlemen that helped us throughout the week certainly went the extra mile to ensure we were looked after and enjoyed our visit. We have already decided that whenever we return to Marrakech we will book Riad Bindoo once again.

Nice place to stay. In the Medina, but really quiet. Staff are quite professional and helpful. The room was magnificent and the breakfast delicious. If driving, there is a safe parking 5 minutes away.

My second time back in 10 years and couldn’t complain about a things home away from home vibes. Beauty in every corner so aesthetically pleasing and such good value for money. Great location only 10 minute walk to square. Terrace is perfect for relaxing and enjoying some sun!

The location of this hotel is very good, you can walk to the new part and also to the souks. We found the area to be safe and the transfer the hotel arranged from the airport was very good. The hotel is a traditional riad, beautiful with large rooms and nice views from their roof terrace. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel one night (you have to reserve before), although the wine was overpriced. Our rate included a free hammam which was relaxing. Take into account that the hotel is not designed for winter weather because the halls and reception are all open air. There was a heater in our room but it was still a little cold. The breakfast room was also cold (take an extra jumper) but the breakfast was quite good (especially the fresh fruit and juice), although reception wasn't very organised about times, etc. The reception staff were friendly but changed a lot and sometimes got their wires crossed.

After a long day of travel, I checked in to Riad Bindoo for the night (sad to say it was only one night because it was so wonderful, cozy, and comfortable). Upon my arrival, the staff met me at my taxi (which they arranged for me) and helped carry in my bags. They brought me to my room, showed me around, and ensured I had everything I needed. The staff then left to get me a pitcher of water, and a glass of wine before I settled in for the evening. The next morning, I was served a delicious breakfast in the garden room before my hamam spa and massage appointment (spa appointment was amazing as well). After my appointment, I quickly finished packing to check out at noon- my transport (again arranged by staff) was there to take me to my next destination. Overall, the room was very comfortable, I slept very well, and was sad to have to leave so soon. The staff were very kind, friendly, and accommodating. You won’t be disappointed if you book a stay here!

The pillows are the fluffiest I ever had, comfortable bed and great service. Stuff very kind and helpful. The Rhiad is such a beautiful building, so suggestive . . . . . . Hope to go back next year
