We were welcomed like part of the family. Large airy room with amazing views and terraces. Food delicious and service respectfully attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for staff especially Salim. Spa a relaxing sanctuary with great treatments. Cocktails by the pool a must!

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. Has an authentic Moroccan feel as well as 5 star luxury. The rooms are beautiful and the whole place is just breathtaking! The staff are so kind and can't do enough for you. My partner asked where to get antibitoics from and they offered to send a driver to and from the pharmacy for us. Would 100% return and recommend to anyone.

Our visit to this hotel was a magical experience, even though we didn't stay overnight. Dounia and the rest of the staff treated us with such warmth and hospitality, making us feel like valued guests. The dessert we enjoyed was nothing short of a dream . The hotel's ambiance transported us to a fairytale realm where we felt like royalty. It's clear that this place is dedicated to creating memorable moments for all who visit, whether for a stay or just for a dessert.

Can’t say anything else except: exceptional!! Elements that made it exceptional: - From ALL staff members kind and caring service. They noticed us within seconds, wherever we would go. - Room was luxurious in all ways (materials, available amenities, cleanliness and tidiness) - F&B experience was amazing, both in the garden as at the swimming pool and in the restaurant (we enjoyed dinner in the veranda, not restaurant itself). The breakfast was incredibly fresh and extensive (haven’t been able to finish because it’s just too much, but the taste was begging me to try more) - Was able to get a tour around the property, thank you Kauthar for this wonderful experience! - Decoration and “cozy corners” ensured that we could enjoy a different part of the property every part of the day. - A surprising birthday cake for my husband’s birthday! A special thanks to Kauthar, Youssef, Omaima and Mohssine for the great service and warm welcome!

Superb garden and pool area. Staff are helpful to create a relaxing atmosphere around the pool. Great massage at the spa. Lunch was so tasty… dessert was the best. The pool is heated but not warm. The palais is about 30 mins drive from the Medina.

This is our 1st time in Marrakesh & now I am a PR fan, eternally. Every square inch is covered in trompe l’oeil glamour. Fires are roaring in the fireplaces & in our rooms.The meals aref Michelin Star quality The staff is absolutely fantastic.

Palais Ronsard exceeded all expectations! The grounds and gardens were perfectly manicured and serene, the pool area was lovely and our room was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Both the Moroccan and international menus were exceptional. However, what sets this Relais above any other we have stayed at was the warmth and welcome from the staff and the attention to detail in every aspect of service. Thank you so much for making us feel very much at home!

The hotel is a very lovely hotel The staff were friendly and helpful They kept cleaning our room and asking if we needed anything Oumaimd was so kind to us , very friendly and helpful The food was great and it’s very safe I love everything (the rooms clean , the pool clean also )

What an experience! From the moment you arrive the stay is very special. With only 28 rooms the hotel has an exclusive feel that doesn’t disappoint. Every member of staff went out of their way to make my stay memorable. It was my 50th birthday and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much. This is the first Relais & Chateau hotel I’ve stayed at and if they all measure up to this I’ll be going to more!
