Hotel Campestre Cerro Dorado

Although the hotel is good and has a staff of young people from the region, the location of the parking lots and the social area is very close to the rooms. During our stay a group of cyclists from Antioquia arrived, coordinated by a company called "Titan Sport", which apparently intended to climb the Alto de Letras, but their lack of respect towards the rest of the hotel guests was evident. Since the night before and then at 5 am the next day, neither the representatives of the Titan Sport firm, as the athletes, did not care that the other guests were resting and the hotel staff did not do anything to ask them to stay. found in a place away from the rooms where they would not make noise. A hotel that exchanges loyal and regular guests for a disrespectful group that stays one night only, does not merit a return to it. Aunque el hotel es bueno y cuenta con un staff de gente joven de la región, la ubicación de los estacionamientos y el área social está muy cerca de las habitaciones. Durante nuestra estadía llegó un grupo de ciclistas de Antioquia, coordinados por una empresa llamada "Titan Sport", que al parecer pretendía escalar el Alto de Letras, pero su falta de respeto hacia el resto de huéspedes del hotel era evidente. Desde la noche anterior y luego a las 5 am del día siguiente, ni a los representatens de la firma Titan Sport, como a los deportistas nada les importó que los demás huéspedes estuvieran descansando y el personal del hotel tampoco no hizo nada para pedirles que se encontraran en un lugar alejado de las habitaciones donde no hicieran ruido. Un hotel que cambia huéspedes leales y periódicos por un grupo irrespetuoso que se hospeda una única noche, no amerita que vuelta a el.
