Dirty , dark , dingy, cold . Un secure . ( bad door lock ) Small bed Small sink Cracked floor tile No fire escape plan Front main door left open overnight Staff not polite . Parking limited Location not correct on Google maps

Our double room had the bathroom down the hall, but despite repeated attempts there was no way to shut (or lock) the door from the inside as it was catching badly on the frame. Bath mat in the bathroom wasn't clean.
Mirror in the bedroom was leant up against the wall rather than attached, so had to bend over double to use. Small window in the bedroom had no curtain and a light right outside.
Noisy room (traffic noise, doorbell of late arriving guests, and could hear upstairs snoring).
Functional and fairly clean bedroom, wouldn't go back.

Excellent location. Be warned there is no sign and the hotel just looks like a normal house . Hotel and the rooms are very basic but very comfy bed . The person who welcome us was very friendly . Excellent location if you go to see a concert in Dreamland

Friendly welcome, room nicely decorated, clean and tidy, bed comfortable, pillows a bit flat but we just slept on both of them, good shower. Yes the sink is small but it depends on what you want it for!? Big enough to wash your hands and brush your teeth, might struggle with a flannel! No TV but who watches TV anymore anyway! A full size mirror would be useful.

The owner was a nice man, but the shower was stuck on hot, and if we hadn’t offered to change rooms then we would’ve have to use the shower on another floor which we weren’t keen on doing.

No tv in room wooden floors that are slippery when just out of shower impossible to have a wet shave due to design of bathroom and no hot water Luke water at best stayed for 5 nights and room not cleaned once
