In line with the Motel1 concept, the hotel had a modern style. The room and bathroom were very clean and the size was moderate. Hotel breakfast was decent given the price of 15.90 EUR.

Rooms, reception entrance, bicycle storage under stairs, reduced to importance facilities concept - new & nice. Receptionist very helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast was a disappointment. Unmotivated breakfast staff. We asked to have the table cleaned as all tables were occupied or not cleaned (lots and lots of unclean tables). The breakfast lady pointed her finger to the breakfast gentleman who she said is responsible for clearing dishes. After a while the table was cleaned. The buffet is too small for so many guests. The staff made an uninterested face when clearing the dishes onto a trolley. This is the first hotel were we experienced clearing trolleys. Good for staff as they do not need to carry plates. Breakfast choice was not versatile enough for this amount of guests. A lot of guests looked unhappy because of the unorganised, untidy, incompetent, unfriendly breakfast situation.

Beautiful new hotel in the heart of Mannheim. Beautiful decor too. Very good price-quality ratio. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast more than sufficient.

Tolles Design, und tolle Bar (wenn auch das Personal etwas langsam ist und mannum zu bestellen eigentlich immer zur Bar gehen muss). Frühstück Top - sehr netter Service. Am Wochenende leider eine unfassbar laute Bar nebenan - selbst um 2 Uhr früh hört man bis zum 3. Stock den Bass dröhnen.

Das Hotel One ist ein modernes, gut gelegenes Hotel mitten in der Stadt Mannheim! Der Service am Empfang immer sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Koffer wurden am Abreisetag noch für ein paar Stunden sicher aufbewahrt. Die Bar im 4ten Stock sehr modern & kunstvoll gestaltet. Sie würden mehr Umsatz machen, wenn Sie zu Stoßzeiten eine Bedienung mehr hätten. Das Personal beim Frühstück sehr,sehr aufmerksam und laufend wird das Büffet kontrolliert und nachgefüllt. Euer Personal ist wirklich SPITZE. Gerne hätte ich es in der Mail mit dem Link beantwortet, den konnte aber nur einer Beantworten, der das Hotel gebucht hatte. Somit gingen die Punkte für das Personal unter. Wenn wir wieder nach MM kommen, dann zu Euch Peter & Ramona

Im April 23 eröffnete dieses neue Motel One direkt am Paradeplatz, im Herzen Mannheims. Ich hatte online gebucht und vorab gezahlt für 2 Nächte. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und überhaupt die "Mannschaft" scheint hoch motiviert, zufrieden und war äußerst freundlich. Die Zimmer sind im gewohnten Motel-One-Style: klar, für meinen Business-Aufenthalt perfekt, sauber. Alles scheint schon nach kurzer Betriebszeit gut eingespielt zu sein. Frühstück mit veganen Alternativen für Käse und Wurst, mit Pasten, veganem Yoghurt, Milchersatz und auch glutenfreiem Brot für mich ebenfalls perfekt. Der Frühstücks-(Barbereich ist sehr schön mit kleinen räumlichen Unterteilungen etwa durch einen verglasten Bereich. Sehr gut zu sitzen. Mein Zimmer hatte ich wunschgemäß zum Paradeplatz raus. Es war auch bei offenem Fenster absolut gut zu schlafen. Ich komme wieder.
