Great distance for walking to downtown Manitou Springs. Short drive to Old Colorado City and Colorado Springs making it very convenient. Owners are very nice and accommodating!

The Eagle is a convenient location. Perfectly located across the street from Memorial Park where you can catch the free bus to go to the train for a ride to the top of Pikes Peak. I recommend staying two nights so you can leave your car at the motel. Parking is difficult in town.

This property is old but the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The owners are very nice and accomodating. We were pleased with the extra outlets provided, which is always an issue when traveling. The location was great. Very close to the downtown area and other points of interest. We were happy we stayed here.
