Fairfield Inn Manchester-Boston Regional Airport

We needed to travel on family business at the beginning of July. We were concerned about COVID but New Hampshire had (still has) one of the lowest infection rates in the country. Upon check-in we had to self-certify that we had not experienced any symptoms in the last 2 weeks and that we had self-isolated ourselves during that time prior to travel. The was needed since we were from out of state. Check-in was simple and contactless. The front desk was very friendly and helpful answer several question we had on arriving. The room was as expected of a property operating under Marriott umbrella. We had 2 full sized beds, mini fridge, coffee maker, dresser, closet, safe and comfortably sized bathroom. The beds were so comfortable that upon arriving home we went the the Fairfield web site and purchased a complete bed with the linens used in the hotel. We both have pain in our back and I've had multiple surgeries so finding a bed which allows us to sleep the night is unusual and we take advantage of offers like this when we can. Anyone who has bout a new bed and regretted the purchase the following week can understand the advantage to testing the bed in a hotel for several nights prior to spending the money. One thing I really liked was the location. We need to take care of some family business during our time in NH and this hotel worked out fantastically for us. It was close to the Manchester Airport and at the intersection of I-93 and I-293 supplying quick access to other parts of the state. Check-out was a matter of dropping off the room keys as we walked out on our way back to the airport. We'd definitely stay here again should the need arise to return to the area.

Myself, my wife and our two friends came to NH for my wife’s 40th birthday. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Upon arriving we were greeted by Gabriella and Michelle. Both were absolutely amazing and made the check in process easy and quick. I met Pilr from housekeeping the next day after needing a hair dryer and toothbrush. She was very accommodating and helpful and had the items quickly sent to our room. During breakfast we had Margaret as our waitress. She was very attentive and helpful. We were looking for places to go and she rattled off a list of places and gave us so many good ideas. We really appreciated her help. She was amazing! Overall our stay was incredible. Thank you to the entire staff for maintaining a great experience during still difficult times.

In Manchester, I started to introduce my friends. After I lived, I was very satisfied. Manchester is duty-free. It is very cost-effective to shop here. The hotel service is very good. It is really good to order food delivery to the room.

I change my mind about this hotel I was at work and when I came back to the hotel they had kicked my girlfriend out for something she had nothing to do with! So I will never come back to this hotel again!

Stayed here for a night with my family as we were looking for a night away from home at a place with a pool. The room was small but appeared to be clean until my 2 year old discovered a pair of mens underwear (NOT my husbands) in the bathroom. I informed the front desk, not trying to make a big deal out of it, but more for their information. She made a note of it but didn’t even offer an apology. The pool area is very nice and was the main reason why we booked. We were looking forward relaxing in there after dinner but much to our surprise, it turned into a sort of a night club at night. It was actually a pretty cool concept - DJ, bubble machine, fog, and 100% kid friendly, just not what we were expecting during COVID. Apparently it’s also open to the public at a cover change so it was pretty busy! Breakfast in the morning was ok - cereal, muffins, fruit, coffee. I guess it’s usually better but with COVID they have to limit the options. Overall, not sure if we’d stay again, but it wasn’t the worst place we’ve stayed.

Lovely check in. Clean and comfy room. Awoke for an early flight and elevators are out. Called for help and none to be found (didn’t check on my needs or care). I had a hip replacement and have some other mobility needs. I mentioned this is horrible and she didn’t care! They have the list of who is taking the airport shuttle so a call to warn me would have helped! But no service at all. Did finally get to check out. Expressed my dismay politely. She indicated the previous group yelled at her (I was there, they did not). Told me all about how they can’t fizz it for two days - I said don’t put anyone with mobility challenges on upper floors - she said they don’t have anyone. I held up my cane to make my point. Oh! No apology. More excuses for no help and went on to share no one wants to work, workers aren’t trained, no time to go through the videos. I let her twang about “her” and “workers” then responded “and do you know what that means for customers?” She clearly did not care. I was making sure my bill was clear (it was a redemption night). I had a charge. She didn’t explain it to me. Told me to call them later. Seriously!! And she again pointed out the lack of training. So it’s on me. This was pitiful! 5 of the 5 people checking out had issues that were not handled well. Not impressed! The one employee does matter! And I don’t think any of us will be back.
