The staff was friendly. We booked a Family Villa through Tripadvisor Plus for 2 nights. Our flight on Fiji air was scheduled to arrive at 6AM in the morning. They held the room for us and it was ready when we arrived at 7AM. Room was ground level. The staff moved us to a Villa closer to the dining and pool because my wife walks with a cane and a shorter walking distance is better for her. Room was clean and spacious. I would stay again.

A wonderful stay here for a mother and adult daughter. Very relaxing, and the staff was so friendly and seemed genuinely happy. So refreshing these days! And, they remembered us day to day, something you don't see very often. Meals were outstanding, and the system they use to get visitors checked in and checked out when time to go is seamless. A magical place; we didn't want to leave!

Its business suites - includes kitchen and laundry in room. Always great to have these services. Beach isnt much, think walk along rather than swim. This is one of 3-4 hotels in a row beachfront. Guests primarily those passing thru to islands, backpackers and groups. The hotels’ beachfront bars were quiet during week in May but came alive for weekend. Restaurant on top floor had great views. Service very slow in restaurants of all these hotels. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Great service! Great lunch and good dinner! They propose you the snorkelling with the sharks which is amazing! It is must do thing in Fiji and in life! They have also a good diving center and you can dive also with the sharks which is awesome The shared bathroom facility is really clean and new! Just a negative thing is the safari room, the tent room is great idea but it needs some adjustment and if it is windy you feel like you are sleeping after the stars! But If they improve the tents it is perfect! I liked also the cocktails and the guy at the bar was really funny!

The overall service is very good. The brand new hotel has just opened a week ago. Although not all restaurants are open, the service is great. Breakfast is a continental buffet. Eggs Benedict is good. During the day we went shopping downtown and ordered a pick-up service from the hotel's tour manager. The tour guides Vicky (day 1) and Sam (day 2) both did a great job not only picking us up from point to point but showing us around the city and giving us great tips while we were shopping. Even though we were a little late, they waited patiently for us. Overall, the stay at the Crowne Plaza, I would say, was not up to five star standards as not all restaurants were open. However, I would give them six stars for their service and sense of service. Looking forward to visiting again. During the day we go out to the city center to do some shopping n ordered the pickup service from the hotel tour managers. They waited for us patiently even though we were running a little bit late. Overall the stay in Crowne Plaza I would say the hardware wasn't up to a 5 stars level yet due to not all the restaurants are opened. However, their service and the sense of servicing I would give a 6 stars to them. Looking forward to visit again.

The external environment of the hotel is very good. It is less than 3 kilometers away from Nadi Airport. It is a four-star hotel in Fiji compared with ordinary hotel chains in China. The hotel calls a taxi very quickly. There are two prices: those whose license plate starts with ND belong to metered taxis, and others There is not much difference in the price of the special-line point-to-point bargaining cars. The breakfast in the hotel is basically western bread and the like. There is no porridge, fried rice, or noodles.

When I went to the Maldives, I felt that the natural environment was too ordinary. The rooms are small and the details show the general management of the hotel. The front desk bill will be wrong. Please allow enough time for inspection. Staff service attitude is good, can be five stars. Go snorkeling five stars on a beach island in the middle of the sea! !!

Heaven is, Musket cove. We stayed in musket cove last year and fell in love with the resort. So much so, we decided to make it our annual june holiday. Once again we were so welcomed by the most amazing, friendly and calming staff. Our Bure was a beautiful retreat, that felt quiet, peaceful and authentic. The island is our absolute favourite… the sand paths, immaculate gardens and activity/ entertainment options provided us with a dream holiday. My husband surfed almost daily, while I would go for hikes, run the island trials and explore. Found secluded beaches and lookouts that are more breathtaking than imaginable…. Ziggy and Josie always provided us with refreshment afternoon drinks (without prompting our preference) at the island bar yacht club. Ruth always hooked us up with the best tours, snorkelling trips and activities. Suli, was the biggest vibe. We loved his presence and enthusiasm. We loved our trip (again) so much, we re-booked for august and December/ January. Paradise does exist…

Generally speaking, it is a good cost-effective Fiji outlying island resort. The highlight is of course that it is only for adults (basically couples or couples), and it is not far from the island (one hour boat ride) plus four round trips a day, and you can even transition without the island. . In the past, the effect was limited, of course, this situation is also relatively common in Fiji. The people are nice, just not up to the standard of domestic or Bali Phuket service. In addition, if you live in his bure, pay attention to the problem with the indoor shower design. When washing, it must leak water to the ground outside, and then the whole bathroom will be very wet and slippery. The staff will tell you that most of the guests use outdoor showers... But if you still tend to use indoor ones, my personal response is to put a bath towel in the door to absorb water + block it. The room cleaning is in place, such as mopping the floor every day (this is rare in five-star chain hotels), but there will still be Xiaoqiang (and big and small) haunting… Another point is that, for some reason, a certain book says that his family's meals are very good. We ate it, especially the first few days most dishes (including breakfast) were overly salty! The last day was a little better. I don't know if the middle chef changed or if we all ordered the dishes on the thunder (in that case, the thunder points would be a bit too much~) But looking back, it's still a shame. After overcoming these non-deal breaker issues, the overall experience was relatively pleasant (picked a few photos for reference). If it is the first time to go to Fiji and can book a special room, it is recommended to try it.

Usaia is the best employee here. His unbelievable service made my honeymoon perfect and fantastic. He recommended and taught me lots of information here in Sheraton and Fiji. Actually, we were only one Asian couple, so everything was too new for us, but bying talking with Usaia, he made us feel relaxed and better.
