I stayed two nights in November 2022. Hotel is in a good location in the phase 1 area of Hulhumale, many restaurants and shops nearby. Room was basic, but comfortable for the price point. Breakfast was very basic, but adequate. A/C worked well and there was hot water in the shower. The internet was wonky. It usually worked, but sometimes cut out. There was a voucher system that allowed for one device at a time, and using the voucher on the reception area network prevented using that same voucher on a higher floor (where the guest rooms are) network. The front desk guys were good about issuing another voucher as necessary, but it was a hassle to go down to the reception. For those going to/from the airport, there is a bus in Male, but tourists are not encouraged to use it (it is more complicated than it needs to be--you cannot buy tickets on the bus, you must buy them at stores or the post office or download an app that only locals have). Nevertheless, there is a bus stop close to this hotel, so you don't need to use a taxi. One of the front desk workers was great with advice or any questions about Hulhumale, but the other worker was only (overly) excited about calling a taxi (I needed to tell him 3 times that I ”didn't need a taxi, stop calling it”). It is one of the more affordable hotels in Male/Hulhumale, I would stay here again. 4/5

Stayed for two nights Pros: Compared with the surrounding prices, it’s much cheaper. Generally clean. The location is great. It’s only one block from the beach. There are also many small restaurants nearby. Cons: 1. I made an appointment for the airport pick-up but didn’t come. After waiting for half an hour, I called again, but said that we could not come, and we had to go by car. 2. It was generally clean, but there were small stains on the bed sheets and bath towels. 3. Said that the credit card machine was broken and could only accept cash. It was not fixed until the last day. 4. OK The former email asked the hotel to help book 1 DAY TOUR, but when I arrived, I found that there was no confirmation and the price was 10-20 yuan higher than the email (I asked the store next to H78 for a cheaper price, but I decided to trust the hotel and booked with the hotel at a more expensive price. However, I later found out that the store next to H78 is recommended to undertake the itinerary as a whole) If you don’t care about the details, you can check in

We stayed here for one night before flying out. It was a very good stay. No frills, just what was needed for a transit stay. The room was clean, amenities were good, the included breakfast was great and the fact that they included one-way airport transport was a bonus. They were also flexible with check-in (possibly a factor being we travelled during non peak months). The one downside, if it matters, is that the property is not beach-facing. Though it's a 2 minute walk away. The locality itself is fabulous. The beach is great, a public park (with skate ramp!) is nearby, and there are several options for restaurants. It's a good budget pick for a hotel for a one-night (or more) stay. I'd certainly stay in Hulhumale again rather than the more crowded Male!

This is my 3rd visit in hulahmale. I have stayed in some other hotels too but this time white herb hotel was the best hotel Excellent hospitality. Food was yummy always ready to serve. White herb family( staff) is brilliant. No complaints no suggestion everything was just perfect. Mr Falik was so helpful nd restaurant staff was so polite. Definitely will visit again. The first day said that it was an airport pick-up. We waited for half an hour at the airport and didn't come. On the second day, we took a taxi past Malé. The 10 minutes journey took us $25, it was too dark! The city of Male is the capital of the Maldives. Come and go out and see, the small capital. There are shops that exchange coins in the urban area, and RMB 100 is exchanged for 200 Lafia. $100 is for 1555 yuan of Lafia, and you can buy things with Lafia, and it’s a good deal to eat. It’s not worthwhile to pay in dollars! Half a day is enough. Don't go by boat, just take a taxi and go to the China-Malaysia Friendship Bridge in the past. When we went back, we exchanged the Lafia currency in Malé. We could rent it back to the hotel with only 100 Lafite. Equivalent to RMB 50.

Wait for the bus under the sign of Bank of Malaysia on the right side of the airport, Take the direction of Hulhumale, the first stop is very long, get off at the station, Turn right at the 50-meter T-junction, Walk another 150 to 200 meters and you're here. No elevator. The conditions are average and fairly clean. Transit hotel is cost-effective.

I stayed 3 nights and had to get a pcr test for flight home to Australia. This family run hotel were very helpful, transferring me to and from airport, organising the pcr test, lending me usb socket, milk for my room tea and lugging my luggage up and down stairs. The room was small but perfectly adequate with good air conditioning and quiet fan, fridge etc. I was on second floor so didn’t hear any noise from café downstairs. There are good restaurants within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay.

The airport islands are all peasant houses. I dare not ask for too much. No one has sent back the emails many times. Finally, I told Ctrip to help me book them. I left the airport at 8:30 and did n’t see anyone. I saw that there was no car. I waited until 10:30 to get a car. The children were sleepy. I felt that the pick-up was by an agent. The hotel did not have a car. The agent kept calling and looking for a car. There are no cars at all on the road. In the future, the service is still good. The most basic room type I set for 580 is a city view bed with two dolls. As a result, the top floor suite has two balconies. The space of the four rooms downstairs is only one suite. Spacious, my son sleeps in a small bed in the living room, there is also a sofa in the living room, but the hygiene is not bad, the towels are very smoky, and the floor is very dusty. The couple living downstairs in the second-floor city view room said that they did not dare to sleep at night because they were afraid that someone would climb up. It's close to the sea, about 50 meters. The locals are swimming by the sea. You can also make breakfast with an omelette, a ham sausage and two slices of bread. The drop-off is free. We stayed here for the second time before catching our flight home after a dive trip. It is fine for one night, the room was clean and the air con worked great. This island is man made, so space is at a premium. We booked a twin in the hope that we might have a bit more bed space, but the floor space was not really big enough to have both our dive bags open at the same time. However the staff were absolutely delightful. The rooftop restaurant was really nice and the food and service was great. We had to leave at 5.15 and there was a lovely breakfast spread out with yogurt and juices and fruit beautifully presented. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
