Went to the roof top bar lounge in the AC for a drink and look at the view of Malaga. Firstly where do I start they don’t mention to people that it’s a €10 entry fee but if you’re a Marriott member it’s €8. There can be a bit of a line if you’re a non resident at the hotel but it moves fast soo wouldn’t worry too much. We were ushered to the lift which brought us up to a beautiful view of Malaga, the entry fee will cover a €10 drink off their menu. As observed by myself, multiple guest of the hotel having to send drinks back due to the amount of syrup being added to them causing them according to one guest “this is soo strong I could get diabetes”. I thought being a Marriott it would be of somewhat a high quality experience for guests and I was willing to pay for this experience. However this is where it was more a sub power experience, our drinks were awful and upon requesting a bottle of wine instead of the “craptails” we were told that the seating area was no longer available to any guests there unless you wanted to dine which required a reservation. May I add that the restaurant was dead I think three couple were dining at the time. The experience as a whole was poor and I would recommend setting up a Marriott account and saving yourself €2 per person as it’s only worth €4 at a push even with a drink of sugar syrup included. On top of the the waiter continued to shout across the bar when taking orders from a couple and even when their order arrived it was wrong and had to be sent back from my observations 3 times to the stage they had to offer it for free to the guest.

I am planning on relocating to Europe and want to visit cities in Spain. Malaga was one destination. My travel agent booked me at this property and I would give this location more than 5 stars. The staff was welcoming, along with everyone who worked at this hotel. This location is right in the middle of the city and can walk to walk to most places. The property is very clean and quiet.

Most important point - we will stay here again when we return to Malaga if they have rooms available! Pleasant tourist hotel. The rating is relative to the hotel class and price - luxury hotels of course exist and are nicer but in my experiences in Europe, this is a 'best in class.' Nice spacious and clean rooms. Excellent and helpful staff and everyone had a high level of English so we could forego our poor Spanish. The staff helped us extend our reservation through a fully booked Saturday night AND found a way to keep us in the same rooms.
Only one kilometer from the city center, we’re located off highway A-45. The Catedral de la Encarnación de Málaga is three km away, and the Marina and beaches are four km from our hotel. Costa del Sol International Airport AGP is 12 km away. During your stay, we offer complimentary breakfast. Enjoy our onsite restaurant and event rooms.

It's a new hotel, so the facilities are very new. You can get to the old town, called Centro, in about 10 minutes by bus, but you need to know how to use the bus. There are several bus stops nearby. (You can find out the bus stops, the bus numbers, and the waiting times by searching on Google Maps.) You can buy a bus card at a tobacco shop near the hotel. (The tobacco shop near the hotel spoke some English.)
It's a new hotel, so the staff are still learning, but they are very friendly, so you can make various requests. By the way, the building next door is the Staybridge Suites Malaga, which is part of the same group, and the supermarket Menlcadona is less than five minutes away on foot, so you can get everything you need. The only amenities are soaps, so it's a good idea to use them. There are no tall buildings around, so the window view is also great.

Barcelo Malaga is just beside Malaga Train station, with plenty of shops and restaurants. The bus station is only around 100 meters walk. The room is clean, but the Wifi is not so strong. The water from the bath is strong, the kettle provides, but no packets of coffee and tea. The reception staff is good, they provide you a Malaga map and tell you the directions and places of attraction.

The hotel is good, and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is good. The shopping mall is right next to the hotel, which is a plus. The hotel is very new and well-equipped; however, it leaves something to be desired in terms of cleanliness. I requested that my room be cleaned and my clothes sent to the laundry at 9:00, and the cleaning staff didn't show up until 16:00.

Checked in to Malaga Vibes for one night before heading to Marbella with family. Very impressed on a whole I must say, the rooms are aesthetically spot on, spotless and very modern, offerings of bio toothbrushes and new iPhone usb port chargers next to each bedside table, a fantastic tv feature wall and cool shower and toilet! The rooftop pool is an added bonus to the property and was a great time. This hotel opened 4 months ago and is sitting at a 3 star, id be surprised if it stays at 3 next year, 4 star every day of the week. Guillermo on the reception was very pleasant and helpful as we arrived late and missed service for food in many places he helped us order some food which is always good as some hotel staff can’t be bothered to help. Very impressed on a whole and pleasantly surprised!!

I just stayed in the Campanile Malaga airport and would not recommend it.Firstly it is not as near the airport as the Campanile claim. The other airport hotels most of which i have used over the years are more easily accessed. The hotel is positioned near retail park on the outskirts of Malaga past the airport with no direct route to the airport. My taxi this morning Jan 2023 to the airport was 18 euros compared to for example the Budget Ibis or Hilton Garden village which average 8/ 10 euros. On the map it does look like the campanile is the closest hotel to the airport but it is not. The hotel is in what could only be called a small compound behind a retail park for ref. look for BIGASSOFA store and the hotel is in a dark back street behind it . The hotel appears to have limited secure parking but you can park on the street outside. The rooms are small compared to say the Ibis and have limited light and fresh air as the window at least in the small room we were allocated which was of the reception and down a corridor with no windows, stained carpet in corridor and through two fire doors. The small beds were clean, bathroom ok but could do with some remedial work. The hotel seems to have adopted the name Restaurant Campanile Malaga airport. The restaurant was not open and we were told by receptionist is not open at the weekends She advised us we could get food early evening at the retail park. The restaurant is a small area of the small reception which also houses a group of chairs and a TV which was continually showing silent football games when we were there. The receptionist informed us the ground floor rooms were the quietest rooms in the hotel. The room we were in was not quiet. The room next door had definitely more than 2 adults in it playing music loudly and screaming at tv from shortly after we arrived to the early hours of morning. The receptionist asked them twice to keep it down but was basically ignored. This resulted in us getting 2/3 hours sleep before our early morning Ryan Air flight. Overall a really bad experience and i would strongly recommend using any of the other airport hotels most of which are literally 5 mins on a direct main road to the airport terminal.

The male receptionist welcomed us warmly and was very attentive. We only stayed here for one night as we had an early flight to catch to go to the airport. Unfortunately, I had a pretty restless night as the street noises were quite loud as our room was on the street facing side. I think this is less of an issue if you ask for a room on the other side.
We were given an accessible double bedroom which wasn't bad and we felt comfy in.

Excellent
The hotel is lovely as is the service. This is our 3rd year returning to this hotel for 3-4 nights for the last of the summer sun in October. In fact we are staying at the hotel now. We have always booked a Deluxe room and been pleased with it. It has been a large room exactly matching the description of a Deluxe room on their website. This year we have been placed in a tiny room with a small corner shower with a balcony overlooking the street. It is far smaller than the hotels description of a Deluxe room and compared with the rooms we have stayed in previously. In fact, we have previously booked a standard Premier room for one of our children which was bigger than the Deluxe room we have been allocated. Having queried the room with the hotel I have been advised that the room has been designated as being Deluxe because it has a balcony. There is no mention of this on their website and so feel disappointed as we're being charged for a Deluxe room that is not bigger than a Premier room. Something I would suggest potential customers are aware of if choosing to stay here. There was no recognition when checking in that we are returning customers which would have been good customer service and expected for a 5 star hotel. It's a nice hotel but I am disappointed with the room this year which has not met our expectations.
VviequeFuimos tres personas.
SSmonChauHotel location is excellent, it’ located in the heard of tourist area. Hotel room is clean, big enough to open 2 of our 30” suitcases, bed and pillows are comfortable as well. All the hotel staffs are professional, helpful and super nice. i highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Malaga.
Let’s get the bad out of the way first. Two of the many things I learned in over 40 years of being in business are 1. Never assume and 2.communicate, communicate, communicate. To the owners. If you wanted to see my passport details before you sent me the codes to access the building do so well beforehand and not on the day of arrival when I did not have access to WiFi.. When I eventually managed to reach you ( the number on the *********** confirmation yielded only an access to a Spanish call centre) your somewhat flippant response for me “ to chill and find a coffee house with WiFi” so that I could send you passport copies was not well received. Secondly if you are going to post instructions about how to enter the building using a code on a keypad, make sure that the instructions are correct. Yours are not! I encountered no fewer than three couples who could not gain access to the building due to your incorrect information. A similar situation occurs at apartment level. Finally don’t assume that everyone of your guests have the knowledge of how to operate kitchen devices. Provide instructions! The good. Whilst the building exterior is unpretentious the minute one gains entry to the foyer you are in another world. A cool ,fragrant and well appointed entrance suggests more to come. The apartment itself was immaculate, superbly clean and almost minimalistic in its decor. Everything that the website promised was true to a fault. I don’t know who the cleaning contractors are but the owners should stay with them! The bed was comfortable and the shower water plentiful and hot. Absolutely no complaints. An added bonus is that there is a fairly large and well stocked MAS supermarket no further than 60 metres from the building.Access to train and bus stations is in easy walking distance.
MMr. Alex2045good sound proofing, lightproof window blinds, compact room equipment. just a short walk from train station, check-in was quick and efficient. will definitely stay again.
lack of cloths hangers ( just 2) and an unfortunate placing of hooks just 50cm from floor to hang your shopping bags of something, you see that ppl desperately looked for additional hooks and took out those decorative metal plates.
but its something that eventually will get fixed after time.
GGuest UserI believe they’ve upgraded the beds recently and I have to say it is the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve stayed in recently, lovely and soft with fluffy pillows. It’s exactly what’s expected for approximately £60 for one night with Accor status. Temperature control on the shower is terrible; either freezing cold or scalding hot and difficult to find a good medium. As other reviewers have mentioned, the light does make a strange sound after it’s turned off not sure if this is related to the plastic cooling down. Overall exactly what you expect really. It could do with a bit more information within the rooms around amenities available for example does it do breakfast only or does it offer dinner etc., transport such as buses and taxis to airport given its nearby etc.
RRodriguezI really enjoyed my stay at malaga nostrum a
all staff was very friendly and gave great
service. I loved that there is restaurant on site and they have cook on breakfast time to prep anything a la carte.
As far as location it's near the big shopping center. So it's convenient.
EElisabeth1I read all the comments and I am a little scared ... The true Checkin theme is that I had to contact them to send me the welcome email to be able to register those we installed there. Once completed, you will be sent another email with the buttons that open the entrance door and room, all directly from the phone. There is a QR code that you are supposed to follow the steps by scanning only, I didn't have to use it because I could already access the email. If you don't get an email, ask you the welcome email. The room was okay, it's not a hotel, but I was already good for what I was looking for.. the perfect bathroom and the room also. We have sleeped well. I will contact them via the next email ***************, giving them a booking.
