Premier Inn Maidenhead Town Centre Reviews

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is in downtown that it takes a few mins walk to my exam center. I have one suggestion that if they can have a small gym room, that will be even better.

Good and reliable place to rest after hard day work.

It was a place I made an urgent reservation for at night because my flight was canceled, but it was easy to use and the room was warm and nice. The bathroom was very spacious, and the room was also very spacious.

I’m fussy about my room. I’m a light sleeper. Matt on reception was brilliant and so helpful talking me through the layout and options. This meant a lot to me and my room was perfect, as was my sleep Lovely, quiet, clean, friendly bar and restaurant with plenty of room and a nice ambience. Really friendly guy on in there in the mornings for breakfast Bed was so damn comfortable Great location I’ll be staying here often over the next 12 months. I hate being away from home but I feel safe here particularly with plenty of staff around to help me if ever I needed it Wendy Manchester

We’ve stayed here a number of times when visiting family and friends in the area. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff are welcoming, and now welcome us as old friends. It’s handy for town centre and station. Only downside is lack of parking and restrictions on nearest car park.

Stayed with group of friends for one night as was perfect location Hotel was clean comfortable with excellent service throughout. Lovely breakfast very good value Room was great although window was a bit drafty. Able to leave our bags while we went out which was very handy. Would recommend

Premier Inn beds are the most comfortable. They are always clean and have the amenities I need. Will usually book a premier inn if the location is right for business or weekends away. I don't tend to spend much time there, so comfort at night, and breakfast are the most important things for me.

Arrived for a two night stay in advance of a wedding. My hair desperately needed some love and Claudia at the front desk set me up with some suggestions for where I could go for one. She also brought up an iron so I could press my dress. Beds were comfy, breakfasts delicious. On the way out, I had one more wedding festivity and rather than schlep my bag to the venue, I left them in Elvis’ great care until I was ready to leave town. Loved this centrally located, affordable place & if I ever find myself in Maidenhead again, I will definitely be back.

No parking but I used the multi storey and walked. Button 2 in the lift is taped up. Did it mean the lift would not stop on 2? Do not press 2? In the end a FIRM press on 2 and we got there. 202 faces a brick wall. No view, but also no intrusive light or noise. The PG tips teabags was weird. It does not work. No tea, a very weak hot water. What's going on with the teabags? Bed good, sleep good, bath good.

Excellent as always . I have stayed here many times and am always well looked after . The staff recognise me now. Family also stayed here for a bit of a get together. All staff were very accommodating and nothing was a problem. I’m booked in for next month again. We always have a family breakfast and my Dad is treated so well. Last year the staff sang happy Birthday to him and got him a cake for his big 80

We always book a Premier Inn where possible and on this occasion were disappointed. the room on the 7th floor was looking old, it had paint missing only a plug socket on one side of the bed and was rather warm as the air con didn't seem to work, we were staying 3 nights and had expected our room to be services on the Sunday which it wasn't so when we got back late i had to go and get some towels and toilet roll. the hotel is about a 10min walk from the train station and I found the staff to be not always very happy in there work, the lady who lent me a phone charger was very helpful and the guy on check out but i do think this hotel is in need of a refresh.
