Amazing food, amazing service! Great fun with the indoor activities available there... all round the clock service even for the sick and injured (trust me there were a few in our group)... 100/10 would recommend to stay with friends, family or even solo! 👍🏻

Don't know where to begin. The whole experience from start to end was Fantastic. If you want enjoy personalised customer service then this is the place to stay in mahabaleshwar. Special shout out to the captain Nitin and the restaurant chefs who tried to cater my family palate with the most delicious dishes. I have 3 yr old twins and my family tries to avoid spicy food due to gastric issues..the restaurant team catered to all our whims with smile and grace. The special evening entertainment arranged by the hotel in the form of a puppet show, magic show, jugglers show and DJ night was super fun for the kids. All in all a memorable stay. We left the place with a promise to come back here after 5 years

Hotel room was nothing like 3-star, but more like a budget hotel. Especially bathroom was cramped with commode having old-torn seat. Room window had sealed glass, but was not noise proof. Was hearing the sound of people in the reception or garden below. During night, wind blow was shaking the window glass making sound. Added to it, hotel wifi was not working and my mobile had no signal in that area. Moreover, hotel rules says hot water is available after 7 am and breakfast after 8.30 am - which is very inconvenient for travellers who want to start early. Good things - breakfast and the garden with swimming pool. Better to avoid.
