非常垃圾的體驗！我們訂的套房，結果到店後被告知沒房了，衹能給到普通房，我説那行吧，那就退差價！酒店説也不能退差價！這不是**邏輯麼！因為到店已經當地時間九點，沒想過多的糾纏，先去住進去了，跟酒店説，你已經違約了！酒店還理直氣壯的説 you have no choice 呵呵，已經跟攜程投訴，我建議國人不要選擇這家酒店…很垃圾！！

Solides Hotel mit Spa Bereich.

Das Hotel war super und auch der Empfang und der Service. In den Zimmern hat mir persönlich ein Wasserkocher mit bisschen Tee oder Kaffee gefehlt. Ansonsten war es super. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Es ist von allem etwas da und auch sehr reichlich. Was vielleicht beim Frühstück öfter mal kontrolliert werden sollte ist der Saftautomat. Da war ständig der Saft leer, kam nur gefärbtes Wasser. Die Gläser beim Kaffeegerät müssten auch zügiger nachgefüllt werden. Ich würde aber jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.

Long check in, not the lady’s fault, she was very nice. So many people waiting. The bar is almost unattended always, again very lovely friendly lady. But she was covering the bar and restaurant. Restaurant, far to expensive and no choices. Buffet only. Breakfast so expensive for so little. Check out was with another friendly lady, but people just fed up with queuing and just left key cards and left. Not enough staff here at all. Big problems. But the staff there was running around everywhere. I wanted to complain but didn’t have the heart while watching them work so hard to keep everyone happy. Shame on you management and owners. Find another hotel people. Keith

Everything was what we expected. Comfy, clean and great breakfast to send us on our way.

The hotel looks like one which need an overhaul. The rooms are okay but there is NO air condition and with 38° It is unbearable to sleep. The food is served in the bar area the restaurant is closed and only one waiter is handling the service and he had more than enough to do and had to as the guest if it was okay for him to take a two minuet break in the evening. Food no the menu card was limited. In the pool area several boxes in the locker room was out of service. The bridge in the pool area was closed for repair the spa was not working.

Good hotel for the money, especially considering the nice breakfast spread. The rooms were clean and functional, but I would have liked a few more amenities. For example, there were only 2 small bottles of water in the room, and no other source of water in the hotel after hours. A mini-bar would have been nice. Overall, a good experience.

Easy access to the Hotel. Nice quick check-in. Evening restaurant prepared us a very tasty dinner. Rich and varied breakfast. Very nice and quick checkout. The fitness and wellness areas we did not use, as we arrived at 2000 and drove on at 1000 next day. If we will be in need of a hotel in this area again, we sertenly will book this hotel again.

Excellent hotel , pol was superb but litttle nit tooocold :(
