Right beside Atocha train station. There are good restaurants nearby. Very convenient to go to the museums, Puerta del sol or Retiro park.

The hotel is near Atocha Railway Station. It is very convenient for traveling and eating to the supermarket. The hotel is clean and modern with five-star standards. There is nothing wrong with it except that the price is a bit expensive on weekends.

Excellent location and excellent attention from the reception, very attentive, cleanliness, tranquility and order. We will definitely return.

Located in the city center, next to the train station (10 minutes' walk), the location is good. The only problem is that the water in the shower in the room is very small, so I can't wash my hair comfortably.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is diagonally opposite the Atocha train station (the old station is still under construction, the new one is a short walk away), next to the subway station and the back entrance of the Queen Sofia Art Museum, and opposite the main entrance of the hotel. Go straight on the road and then turn left for a few hundred meters to reach Rechi Park. There was a partition between the room we stayed in and the bathroom. The interior was very new and clean. There were free drinks and biscuits in the refrigerator. There were some surprises when we checked in. You need to ask the hotel front desk for disposable slippers. Although there are a few employees at the front desk who are a bit old, they are very friendly and have no barriers to communication. They do not charge city tax. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

Opposite atocha train station but can take sometime to cross over because it’s located along major crossroads . Terrace faces retiro park but not much can be seen. Terrace room seems all located on 7th floor (highest is 8). The room is quite dusty (on the floor) though it looks clean on the whole. Amenities requested through a scan of QR code. Requested for a few items (as there are none not even a kettle!) and received a call that they already have slippers and dental kit in the room but will send anyway. But there was no slippers and dental kit in the room that’s why I request. Anyway, out of the things which I requested, they only sent over the above 2 and kettle. Some other items they did not sent to me even though I requested such as tea bag and amenity kit.

Within a ten-minute walk from the train station, there are many restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. It is also very close to Parque de El Retiro. It's not far to walk to the city center. The staff are helpful and polite. The room is large and fully equipped. Very good stay experience.
