1. Customer service: Aitan, the boy who was there to greet us, was very cordial and solved any small problem we had during our stay. 2. Location: Very central which allowed us to walk to many places (up to a couple of kilometers) from the apartment. 3. WiFi works perfectly. 4. Air conditioning and heating work perfectly. 5. Clothes washing machine works perfectly. 6. SMART television in the living room allows you to watch Netflix (if you have your own account). 7. The owners are available all the time via WhatsApp and are very attentive. 8. This is the fifth apartment I have rented in Madrid. They all have their imperfections and although there are things we didn't like, we will definitely rent here again and we would recommend it without a second thought. What's more, we have already made reservations to return in March 2024. 9. The bed is not the most comfortable but you can sleep. 10. We did not use the sofa bed but as a sofa, it is in a bit of poor condition (mattress undone in one part, water stains or something on the mattresses).

Good place for sightseeing in Madrid, very very close to Gran Vía, the apartment is very cool, maybe some cleaning and painting on the exterior. Otherwise the place is cozy, the staff is always available and there is parking, which is very useful.

Everything was excellent. The treatment, the explanations, the apartment in an excellent location with everything you need. The only thing is that the air conditioning in the rooms does not get cold. But nothing more, because everything was excellent.
