We were so looking forward to staying at this property. I got sick in the second day of my trip in Marakesh and we went back to USA cutting our three wks vacations short. I got all my refunds back from every other hotel and airlines except this property. We sent them hospital stays, bills, doctors etc and even though they still rented my room they never got me a refund despite trip.com triying so many times. Very poor way of doing business and scanning public. I will look elsewhere in my next stay.

No hot water kettle in the room, and you have to pay for water. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working.

Absolutely fantastic! The location is super convenient, with plenty of eateries downstairs. It's lively, yet feels very safe. I highly recommend staying here. They provide towels and tissues, and it's very close to the city center, making it easy to get anywhere.

The location is fantastic, but everything else is a bit disappointing. Still, with a location like that, what more can you ask for? If you're looking to save some money, it's worth considering.

Very convenient location within walking distance to shops and major attractions, with a lively atmosphere at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing my friend to check in early after her morning flight. Breakfast was enjoyable and served in a charming basement dining area. A decent hotel with a touch of vintage character.

Stayed there only for two nights as I had an appointment at the US embassy.

Great place and location. Only problem it you have lots of luggage you need to walk to taxi stand. Very friendly staff and clean. A bit noisy at night but bearable

There was a strong perfume smell in the hallway. Also, even though I had booked a taxi for a specific time, it didn't show up. I was told to go to the main street and hail one myself, which was stressful. I wish they had told me sooner.

Amazing stay! The staff is very friendly and helpful. he hotel is in the heart of Madrid, which makes it very convenient. Moreover, there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

Near to city but the room is quite aged. At least well maintained
