One of the most charming and wonderful hotel l’ve been. Great location - very close to the lifts, nice rooms - very clean, wonderful staff - nice and willing to help. Not to forget restaurant, they serve delicious meals. I strongly recommend this place. For sure l will come back here.

The service by the staff was fantastic, good breakfast, they have a sauna and spa that was needed after a day on the slopes, good common area on ground floor, also secure drying room on basement. Great location next to two ski lifts, can’t wait to go back.

We spent one week and we felt literally like at home. All the staff are so warm and friendly that make you vacation so relaxing and pleasant. Not to mention the high quality of the breakfast and the amazing dinners we had every night. Another plus is to be so close with the lifts so you can forget your car and be on the slopes in just 10 minutes. We couldn't''t desire to have a better vacation. Thanks to everyone for making us feel so special!

The position is very good, close to the downtown and to the ski lifts. The rooms are clean and modern (not too wide, just what you need). The restaurant is sufficient: the meal is good and well cooked (the portions and the quality of main dishes could be improved honestly) The managers are friendly enough. The restaurant staff is correct but cold, not very empathetic.

Very friendly staff and owners. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is very close to the ski lifts and town centre. Nice breakfast buffet with a fun pancake making machine which kept adults and children amused. Very cheap to add dinner to the bed and breakfast.

Extremely friendly hosts and personal service. We came on a skiing vacation and the hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the slopes. The hotel has good deals with the ski rental and they send the stuff and pick it up - no carrying of the equipment Nice and quiet area and an enjoyable stay. Thanks

Comfortable room with all accessories, very friendly staff, really ready to help with everything and to advice about local routes. Varied delicious food, very nice waiters. Cleanliness in the rooms at a very good level. Excellent value for the price. Excellent location close to cable cars and tracks

We wanted to celebrate our six months wedding anniversary. We asked the hotel Alpina to advise us on the best way to do it, and.... Without any doubt... It was One of the most beautiful weekend ever🥰 They welcomed us with a bouquet of flowers, a good bottle of bubbles and glasses of wine with our initials. We went with the sled on the snow .. we did a wonderful skiing and a candlelit dinner. See you soon in Arnoga

We stayed for a 5-day ski trip. The owners and staff were very helpful in all aspects of our trip and we received a warm welcome. The hotel is ideally placed in the town and an easy walk to and from the ski lifts. The food is of a high quality and the common areas provided a opportunity for our group to relax together.
