Generally positive, although it felt like there were opportunistic practices in-play by the staff. Every request (room location, pool use, extra night) was an opportunity to sting us for the maximum they felt they could get away with, rather than trying to help their guests.

Had a comfortable stay in the Callisto building. Found the staff helpful and pleasant. Getting around was fine once mastered the network of car parks, lifts and stairs. Cons were small bathroom, no safe in room ( I think safe option available at reception area) and the ski store room was not great but still adequate. Pros were ski in ski out, great views, clean and tidy apartment. Spar, ski hire and restaurant were a couple of mins away, few more minutes to resort centre. Had a great stay and would be happy to return.

Avoid!!! We booked to visit with family and were completely fine with a budget hotel. This however was appalling. Our in laws found bloodied underwear under a mattress, none of the beds were made up at all. Beds were horrendously uncomfortable, kitchen utensils and dishes were all filthy and the noise… Jesus the noise! Even with ear plugs, sleep was a distant dream due to the stomping and dragging of furniture from other apartments. If we could go home early, we would. Nothing has been well thought out, there’s no storage. No space. The boot room is a joke. Staff couldn’t care less and are barely around anyway. This is actually the worst place we’ve ever stayed (and we’ve camped in the rain!) Do not ruin your holiday by staying here!

- excellent value for money. We were given a room in Licorne block. Late check in was easy with safe box with keys inside in the reception. - room has everything you’d need. Room was clean and lovely and warm and was quiet for us. Beds weren’t made on arrival as expected. Towels, linen, cleaning kit were there ready. - we booked the room for 4 people just for the 2 of us which was perfect, would have been a squeeze with more people. - check in was in Andomede building, corridors were a little confusing, we were always slightly lost! - not quite ski-in-ski-out but not far to our boot room. No heated boot rack so we took our boots back to the room to dry. - as expected the Spar was terribly expensive, bring with you what you can. L’alpage restaurant is great.

We stayed here Feb 2022. Yes it is a bit of a walk from the coach drop off point when your carrying very heavy luggage. We were in the Pegase block and the room was really good for us and what we expected. To be honest the only thing that would have made it better was a detailed map of how to get to our room after checking in, sorry to say it’s confusing and badly signed, this could easily be fixed. The room was ideal for 2 adults with comfy beds, good heating, loads of hot water and a very functional kitchen. The check in staff were great and did everything to make our stay pleasant, it was. We would stay here again without doubt, lovely place and ideally situated, but again get some proper maps made- maybe some powered trolleys to move baggage up the car park, just an idea. Thanks for a lovely stay with Crystalski 👍🏻

We booked the 6 person apartment which was fantastic, excellent location for skiing, clean, lots of utensils and crockery, a little welcome pack with cleaning stuff was great and very helpful. Everything we could need. No cooker but we were able to cook on the hob/microwave. Dishwasher a real plus too. Could not fault it

March 2022 trip, cheap ish deal, so not expecting much. It was actually ok, bit run down, tired looking rooms but ok. Location is king ! Series of separate blocks, mine was THEMIS, highest block. Amazing views from balcony, in every direction, piste runs right past for ski in/out ease. Blue run home from one side or from glacier its a tiny gentle drag lift, drops you up behind Themis so perfect. Rooms small but ok, no British tv, and kitchen although has most of what you need has no plugs ????? You end up using toaster or kettle over by dining table ........weird ! Bit of a hike from Themis down hill to shops, in centre of Belle Plagne, but i would rather better ski in/out than be nearer to shops i guess.....just be prepared for a tuff uphill slog 15 mins ish on way back with your shopping bags ! Some nice little pubs down there too, a few shops, bakery etc. Quiet resort Belle Plagne but nice. For Les Arcs, one blue down to Arpette lift, down a quick blue you arrive at Vanoise express and over you go..... easy. I was across by 9.30am one morning !!! Only negative really was that coach drop off left us with a 15 min uphill walk via an underground car park, which was tuff with all bags and skis etc, not sure if Crystal Ski issue or all firms ? Same for leaving day. Not great, but again price you pay i guess for top location ! Some loud noise one night 3am went on for 30 mins, but isolated case so put it down to just some over excited French teens..........we've all missed the snow guys ! Overall great resort, amazing ski area, apartments ok for a week, somewhat basic but we go to ski yes ? I would return. My fav ski area.

We stayed in Themis on the ground floor and had ski in ski out which was great but otherwise the apartment itself was not good. We booked through Crystal Ski. One bed room with a double bed. Very small room but ok. Mattress was clean looking but the room was filthy. The ledge over the bed was inches thick with dust and the carpet was filthy and clearly not cleaned from previous guests. There was a hoover in the room so I dusted and cleaned. Not ideal on arrival of a £4K holiday. The pillows were absolutely gross, old lumpy pillows and so horrible to use. The whole place needs a deep clean. The living room had two sofas. One my son used as a bed. That room was advertised as sleeping three people but not sure how that would work. The kitchenette was hilarious. It had a toaster, kettle and coffee pot but not one single socket to plug them into. The bathroom screen for the shower was so bad the floor of the bathroom was just a massive puddle after every shower. It did the job. We spent very little time in it. I didn’t sleep the first two nights because of the pillows and grime, despite being exhausted from skiing. If you want a good location it’s great but don’t expect much inside. Filthy place. Left it cleaner than we found it!
