Good value for what i paid for. Great location. Room is clean, facilities are up to my expectations. The only thing i might want to change is the lighting. My room was quite dark, make it less cozy, i like the idea of light switch next to the bed side table, very convenient. But my room doesnt have an electric socket next to the bed, so cant really be on my phone while lying down. Other than that, the service was excellent, i only stayed for 2 nights but they make sure to give me room service, which was excellent. Will come back if i need to spend some time in Mackay

Everything was great. We had the patient assistance of Geeta to organise our business event setup, and the excellent customer service of Teone at front desk. When you are in town for a short stay and very dependant on everything going right, you can't leave anything to chance. Stay with Rydges if that's what you need. Thank you.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep. It is very close to the sea, and you can see the sea when you open the balcony door. The room has its own refrigerator, microwave, bowls and plates. I bought something to eat and put it directly in the refrigerator. The front desk of the hotel is also very welcoming and will visit again.
