It was a great trip, the staff were very helpful and it was kid friendly. The suite was huge and being situated in the Londoner， there was plenty of things to do.

Londoners must review it, the hotel is definitely worth a stay. Advantages: 1. Room and suite format, the hotel is relatively new and the room facilities are well maintained. 2. The service is very attentive. The butler will add the guest's WeChat account before check-in: 1. Understand the itinerary (which is convenient for sending a car to the port or hotel to pick you up), and someone will pick you up when you arrive at the store; 2. Learn that parents and children are traveling and there is a family member celebrating a birthday. The room is equipped with a small tent, the dolls are tied with balloons, and small gifts such as children's backpacks are prepared for the children. The atmosphere is full, and every staff member will make you feel at home and attentive. 3. Rich activities: If you are bringing children, don’t miss the hotel’s afternoon hand-making class time. Breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour are all of high quality, and the meals are highlights. Disadvantages: There is no view. It is in two buildings opposite Conrad and shares a swimming pool. There is also the restaurant Frank Hu. After dinner, he took us to visit the Huating Restaurant. It has a strong British style and a brand new brand. Mr. Hu said It's very good, and you can tell that the staff at The Londoner themselves are passionate about the hotel, so their stories are fascinating. There are also some staff members, such as a handsome guy named Jin from Huating, and several ladies in the hand-making course who are very enthusiastic. The overall experience is perfect.

Very luxurious hotel. Felt warmly welcomed by bellboy Bosco and front desk Diana Zhang. Our baby also got a plush bear as welcome gift from Diana. They really know how to go the extra mile to make you smile. Plush beds, large room. The butler service was awesome, we had drinks and cookies brought to our room for a night snack. Highly recommended, would love to go back again! ☺️

Loved the hotel and how friendly the staffs were. Checked in was super smooth and fast… they offered me an upgrade option with extra 600HKD for a suite which k agreed on…The room was super nice and facing the Londoner hotel… They gave me a gift after I got into the room and when I came back from outside in the evening, I found there were some treats on the table… Love the hospitality of Four seasons as always…

Free upgraded to suite don’t know why, the breakfast included in the package was not as good as other top tire hotel in the neighbourhood, the experience was otherwise as good as ever and money well spent for the stay with Wynn Palace.

This is an amazing deal! For only P5,000+, we were able to book a 5 star hotel in Macau. The room and the entire hotel is clean, luxurious and smells expensive! I was delighted that their toiletries are all L’Occitane products– hand gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash and pillow linen! The room amenities are complete. They even have a complete set of towels and robes, and the best part is that they have a BATH TUB! Amazing, isn’t it? To complete the experience, I suggest you should include breakfast in your booking. As to the location, there is a bus stop just in front of the Hotel. To avoid confusion, it shares the same building with the Lisboeta Hotel.

Superb location if you are plan to stay near MFM (e.g. accessing events at MCC). Just don't look at the map for location advice where it shows 20min walk around the airport. The hotel is literally on the departure floor and right in front of you. Front desk is on the 11 floor and MCC is 5~10min walk from the back door. Great room size and good cleaning service. You get everything expected in a good 3-star hotel. Staff are very friendly and if needed you can exchange cash to MOP at front desk.

Good location. Transportation is convenient near bus stop and LRT. Plenty of restaurants and supermarket around hotel. Very easy walking to Nova mall. Room has great view of racecourse. Well mannered staff. Good value for money and well recommended to stay.
