Atlantica Macae Hotel is situated at what I term it as the quiet end of the beach. It is probably the best hotel out of the others that I have stayed at. Rginaldo at front desk is always helpful. Nothing is ever too much to ask for. As my Portuguese is very limited Rgnildo always helped me to get by as his spoken English is fluent and always ready to help out in any way.

I went several times to this hotel. And the quality is really lower than in the past. Each time we ask anything tho the hotel (to bring a glass to drink, to bring a smoothing iron, to ask food, to ask to collect clothes for laundry), it's necessary to phone 2-3 times because nobody takes our request into account, nobody does anything, and it takes many times to be able to get our request.
For lunch it's very long. When ordering it take 1h (in the best case) to 1h30 to deliver a plate a pasta...!!!!! For dinner, you have to book at 17h30 your dinner for the night ! I never saw that anywhere.
And for breakfast, we have only plastic cutelry (see picture), it seems we are doing a picnic ! But the hotel price, is not the price of a picnic...!!!
The price of the hotel today, doesn't worth the service. The service was very bad during my last stay. I was suprised, it was not like that in the past.

You should visit this hotel. All staff friendly and helpful manner. All services good.food, housekeeping Pool aslo nice place Food also good Specially thanks to Reinaldo. Location also nice infront of beach.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Fica de frente para praia onde tem uma orla com muitas opções de restaurantes. O hotel tem uma recepção muito bonita com atendentes educados e atenciosos. O café da manhã é muito variado e tem reposição a todo momento. O quarto é confortável e limpo. Adorei o hotel, parabéns a equipe.

Gostaria de parabenizar o excelente atendimento da funcionária Larissa, pelo presteza e gentileza. Apesar de ter chegado ao hotel já próximo do término do expediente, ela foi bastante gentil em me orientar sobre o horário de retirar a janta.

Os travesseiros são bons, porem estavam com um cheiro ruim. A cama grande, mas estava o colchão estava fundo de um lado. Como tinham varias excursões faltou agua quente nos chuveiros na hora do banho. O café da manhã é bom com frutas, pães, bolos, sucos e frios...
