We were overwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff in both the hotel and the restaurant. The ladies couldn't do enough for us.

We have very pleasant stay, room was clean and spacious, bed very comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful but the best experience was dinning at Crossbush Beefeater restaurant. Great food and even better service

We were able to relax, enjoyed a good steak meal in the Beefeater restaurant attached to the hotel. Slept well in a comfortable bed. Large double room with spotlessly clean en-suite. Coming from Wiltshire this was a good place to stay as easy for visits to Brighton and Rustington

Having stayed at this property numerous times before due to its location we had no hesitation booking 4 nights here again. Well I can say that not only will we never stay at this property again it is possible premier inn have burnt their bridges with us all together. Gone is the friendly attitudes of staff and promise of a good nights sleep. We don't need frills in our hotel but quality bed and quietness are key. 1stly when we arrived the check in person was verging on creepy when addressing our 3 year old despite asking her to stop. When we arrived into the room we noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned throughly. When raising this with the front desk she advised that the cleaning staff were not available at that point and the hotel was fully booked. Thankfully my mum lived round the corner and came round with cleaning materials so we could make sure the place was at least hygenic. We paid £15 for "premium wifi" which constantly stopped working and cutting out. We could hear every conversation, footstep and toilet flush in the room above us. When raising this with the night person on our 2nd night he quipped that I was complaining a bit early (being 2230 and their "quiet" time was 10pm-7am). When I advised we had a 3 year old we had been trying to get to sleep for 4 hours he said "he would see what he could do". Which was nothing. When I complained on the 3rd night that we were still being kept awake late into the night and early hours of the morning I was told "it is Christmas and they don't have much control over what happens in peoples rooms and that I will just have to live with it". Coupled with the fact that our 1st meal in the restaurant was completely ruined by the fact I was served a steak with a LIVE SLUG crawling around the plate and the best they offered was taking my meal off the bill (I said of course you did because I didn't eat it!) We can forgive the worn out mattress and lack or working heat in the room but everything else led to a very exhausted family and a partially ruined Christmas

Other than one receptionist not knowing how to put through the meal deal for dinner on our second night, we had a lovely stay. Everything in the room was clean, comfortable and as it should be. Very close to the Beefeater restaurant, friendly receptionists etc.

Hotel looks dilapidated from the outside but don’t let that put you off. Plenty of parking,a very warm welcome and a clean and comfortable room. Location great, about a 15 min walk downhill into Arundel town centre, although a harder walk uphill back! Excellent value overall (although not a fan of the £10 per hour early check-in fee if the room is available).

Usually Premier Inns are reliable. Not this one. Smelly room with black mould in the bathroom. Tired decor inside and out. The attached pub was a mess, with tacky, sticky carpets like some student nightclub, slow service despite some friendly staff. This property needs some investment in decor and cleaning before you should contemplate staying there.

Great place to stay, just off main roads and access to the South Coast, lovely countryside and views, and the work we were there to do! It doesn't look much from the outside, but inside you have the usual Premier Inn decor, friendliness and comfort.

Have left it this long to write review. Waiting for reply from Premier Inn. We phoned on the afternoon of our stay. To let them know we would be arriving very late. There was no mention of the overnight road closure. Making it impossible to access the hotel. When we tried to get to the hotel at 11.30pm the road was completely shut with what looked like resurfacing taking place. Not knowing the area we tried coming in from the other end. Road closed off there too. We had to drive into beginning of road works to ask how to get to hotel. They gave us directions and told us that Premier inn had been informed and had been going on for two nights previously and set to last for 7 days. The road to hotel was a Single lane track. The response from Premier Inn was a sorry we didn't know road works would be taking place. What a lie. It had happened the previous two nights. So why didn't they tell us when we phoned in the afternoon that there could be overnight road closure. All in all, it seems to me. That Premier Inn once they have your money couldn't care less about their clients. Please be aware.
