Highfield Bed & Breakfast

We just returned from a night at this lovely B and B and were so impressed! The room was very clean and comfortable, (the best makeup mirror I have ever used and Frazier was kind enough to share the link with me, already ordered!)! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, prepared with care from fresh quality ingredients. Service was very warm and friendly but also totally professional. Fantastic location, super close to the lovely town of Lymington and easy access to the forest too. I would highly recommend this B and B and I feel confident we will be returning! Thanks you Frazier and your wonderful Team, you set the bar!

Our second visit and once again a lovely stay . Fraser and his wife are such friendly people and keep a great b&b . Rooms are spotless and spacious . Breakfast is superb . Location a minutes walk from the high street which is a lovely spot which is also so close to ferry to the isle of wight . Thanks again fraser

This is the most fabulous bed and breakfast. Fraser and Maria are wonderful hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. They treat their guests with the utmost care and kindness and it is an absolute pleasure to stay at this lovely property. We have been visiting a few times a year for many years now and would not contemplate staying anywhere else, it’s just like coming home we are made to feel so welcome. What more can I say, just fabulous.

My friend and I booked a twin room and were delighted to be in room 2 . Spacious, clean and so comfortable with a walk in wardrobe , the bathroom was SPOTLESS with fabulous amenities. The fridge , kettle and teas / coffees were great and my request for extra decaf tea was granted . Breakfast was AMAZING, locally sourced products and cooked beautifully . Fraser and Maria were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. They even managed to make the sun shine for us. Thank you so much for our stay in your beautiful home.

This B&B is in a quiet location at the top of the town with off-road parking, perfect for a relaxing break. There is a Waitrose supermarket and two pubs (The Sail and The Townhouse) within 5 minutes walk. The rooms are very spacious with modern bathroom and ours had a fridge as well. The breakfast in the morning is superb, freshly prepared from good quality ingredients and served up in generous portions. The owners really go out of their way to look after you. Lymington town centre is 5 minutes walk away with loads of shops, pubs, restaurants and a picturesque cobbled quayside area. It's also easy to get to the New Forest and the cities of Portsmouth, Southampton and Winchester.

This is the best b&b we have stayed in. Fraser and Maria are great hosts. They are very friendly and so helpful. My partner was unwell and they could not have been more supportive, which meant a lot to us. I overheard Fraser offering to drop another couple to the Isle of Wight ferry. We had a large room with views of the garden (room 4). The bed and pillows were comfortable. Modern wetroom with rainful shower. Lots of appreciated extras too, the Ferrero Rochers are a favourite of ours. Thank you Fraser and Maria, we look forward to returning.

Excellent location, very quiet but an easy walk to shops/restaurants etc. Spacious & very comfortable room. Hosts Fraser & Maria specially helpful & informative. Breakfast a real treat. Highly recommended.

An excellent choice for a stay in the Lymington/New Forest area. Easy access to shops, restaurants and local sites. Our hosts were very accommodating - breakfasts were excellent, help with logistics and recommendations were spot on! Everything was great!

Just got back from a relaxing stay at Highfield Bed & Breakfast, our hosts Fraser and Maria were so welcoming nothing was too much trouble. Exceptional breakfast, clean and comfortable room, a mini fridge with fresh water and milk a bonus. Highfield is close enough to the town to be able to walk to the pubs and restaurants, Fraser recommended a lovely pub where the locals go and food was excellent well worth a visit.
