Lovely spa, with lots of space, many different pools and saunas and a nice bar with very friendly personnel. Visited during Easter and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. Large and well equipped room with good view. Very pleasant lobby. The restaurant is definitely something they need to work on, the food was ok but nothing more than that, the waiters seemed rather lost and lacked basic knowledge - like pouring full glasses of wine. Still, the spa was great so I'd love to visit again.

Owner Katarina Lidahl not paying employees due to using too much wifi, pressure from old employees to serve guests old scrambled eggs that are several days old, fermented yogurts two weeks after the expiry date. All this at the Lappland Hotel.

Servicen bra, men rommets standard dårlig. Betegnes som 4 stjerners hotell, men mangler aircondition, mangler skrivebord. Trangt foran sengen der det hang en liten tv som man alltid kom i berøring med ved passering. Alt ialt dårlig opplevelse av rommet

I stayed for one night during a longer business trip. The hotel was nice and the room was comfy. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

The room was nice and worked well for two nights. The kids loved to swim in the spa and I enjoyed it too. The breakfast was ok but not more. I was disapointed to get cold scrambled eggs. We ate at two restaurants at the hotel and the food was nothing special.

Sehr netter Empfang und schöne Zimmer, allerdings mit Blick auf Felsen. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Lounge ist sehr gemütlich. Der Spa wäre auch sehr schön, allerdings tummelten sich dort fast ausschliesslich Familien mit kleinen Kindern (obwohl im Hotelbeschrieb steht, dass im Spa Kinder erst ab 15J zugelassen sind) es war recht laut, überall wurde gegessen und alles war entsprechend schmutzig. Essensresten, Geschirr etc wurde kaum abgeräumt. Es herrschte eher eine Jahrmarkt Stimmung, Entspannung unmöglich. Das Nachtessen ist nicht schlecht, allerdings total überteuert, wir sind eher wenig Esser und gingen nach dem 3-Gang Menu noch hungrig ins Bett. Wir würden nicht mehr dort essen, ist den Preis nicht wert.

gibt es hier sicherlich viele. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist sehr chic, es gibt einen TV und eine Minibar sowie ein großes Sofa. Der SPA-Bereich ist nach Auskunft meiner Mitreisenden sehr schön und ebenso mit Blick auf den Fluss. Zum See sind es nur wenige Schritte, dort gibt es auch ein paar Eisschlitten. Das Essen im Restaurant war ordentlich, ebenso das Frühstücksbuffet. Im Hotel wohnen auch Handwerker auf Montage. Für zwei Nächte durchaus zu empfehlen.

Fantastisk hotell, god service og flott badeanlegg!
Hadde et mindre hyggelig måltid på O’learys og fortalte om dette til resepsjonen, resepsjonisten lagde litt mat til oss som plaster på såret, helt gratis!
Ikke noe problem for oss, men det kan være lurt å vaske av badveggene da det var litt tannkrem på veggene, og litt støv/spindelvev på taklysene, ellers helt topp!
Gleder oss til neste opphold!

Hotellet är helt ok, men vårt rum hade miserabel utsikt: en mörkgrå vägg några meter bort, vilket dessutom gjorde rummet mörkt. Frukosten var en aning kaosartad. Mycket folk och med tanke på att vi fortfarande har rejäl covid-spridning i samhället borde ordningen vara bättre. Varmhållningen av det småvarma var dålig.
