Hotel was great and the receptions were very helping with information about the city and booking restaurants.
The only problem was that during this time Lucerne was very hot and the room only has a ceiling fan which didn’t keep us cool, so sleeping was a bit of a problem.
However, we would stay again.

The location is good, close to the train station and most sightseeing places in Luzern. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful. The only drawback of the hotel is noise levels. There are many restaurants around with outdoor seating so you would hear people chatting all the way till 11 pm. 5AM in the morning there would be loud street cleaning trucks. There was one night some bar nearby had loud drunk people noise till 2AM. There's no AC in the room so you have to leave the window open and deal with all the noises.

The hotel chosen by the group on a business trip. Clean and safe, but no parking. There's no way around it. Hotels in Lucerne are too expensive. It's good enough to find one at a reasonable price.

The room is not big. ancient building. Being in the old town is very impressive. In particular, you can see the scenery of the Water Tower Covered Bridge in the morning and evening. It's only a 3-minute walk from the pier and train station.

位置可以講係近Luzern火車站，但如果拖旅行🧳的話，可能有点不方便，因為沿途要上落少少梯級，石仔路同斜坡。最不理想就是比較嘈，樓下餐廳開業時當然嘈，夜晚十二点幾都有人聚集傾偈，我已經係住4樓，依然好清楚聽到人哋傾偈。
酒店附近多食肆，又有超市，揾食方便。酒店早餐好食。酒店有lift，拖🧳都👌。

Our stay was great. We stayed in one of the smaller double rooms and it was plenty of space for my husband and I. This is truly a great location. We were minutes from restaurants, most of the sights in Old Town and the train station. The cost was very reasonable for the location and the niceness of the rooms and hotel. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel as well as the Italian Restaurant they operate that is next door. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. I looked at several hotels in Old Town and was extremely happy with this choice,

Spent a night there last week, booking by phone the previous day. Lovely attendance on the phone, and same at the desk when I arrived. Speaking french or english. Had room 301, single, spacious bathroom, nice room, clean, airy, with a little terrace... could have a glimpse at the lake :-) Breakfast is included in the price, so is a 10% discount voucher for one of their two restaurants (Pizzeria and Chinese). Superbly located in the old town, 30 meters from the lake, super close to the old bridge.
