原因細細道來，當天很順利進入學院辦理入住，到晚上門口看守保安不給進，後來門口看守保安打電話給他領導請示後讓我們進去了。讓人感受到中國老百姓不受尊重的是第二天，酒店沒有任何通知，私家車進酒店保安不給進，僵持了大概10分鐘我自己也走到了**學院門口，門口保安很囂張的和酒店説給他們退房，不要他們住了，有一瞬間，我差點以為門口保安就是在學院裏大領導，一個保安不知道誰給你這麼大的權利？？？還是鹿邑都這麼對待消費者？？？晚上回酒店，保安不給我們車子進酒店，説我們是住店客人也不給進，説領導在**學院要開2個月的會議，就讓我給酒店前台打電話到門口來接我們，可是打給酒店30個電話都沒人接，等半個多少小時終於接通了給的解釋是去吃飯了！！！酒店也沒有説任何抱歉的話，讓我們4個人大太陽下等半個多小時。鹿邑**學院太讓我失望了，哎 有2個保安囂張跋扈，太毀學院形象了

再次入住，太差勁了。不但設施陳舊，服務態度極差！不知從哪裡找來或者靠關係進來的服務前台，無服務意識，拽的不行，態度極差。看到很多人反應服務不好，果然如此，住這麼多酒店，真沒碰到過這樣的服務員。這麼好的一個地方，竟然如此管理，如是個人的，早晚完蛋。如是公家的，管理太不到位，真是白瞎這個地方了。
