因為是23年新裝修的，所以什麼東西都是最新的，甚至連智能馬桶也是最新款的，餐廳裝修頗具匠心。該店由英格蘭教會改建，交通便利，在“運管所”公交站旁邊，離美廬也近，離正街不遠。我遺失物品在店裡，店主還快遞給我，真是感激不盡。在此表示感謝。

地理位置優越，鬧中取靜，以初晴山院為中心，出門左轉步行去美廬，一路溜達到廬山會議舊址都很方便，出門右轉到牯嶺街吃飯也很便利。自帶大院子，玩雪一流。老房子翻新，設計感十足，隨手一拍都好看，一樓應該是安裝了地暖，整個房子都暖暖的，體感不會覺得乾燥。衞生打掃很乾凈很到位，床單被套乾淨舒適，早餐營養豐富，老闆老闆娘都很nice，總是笑臉迎人。有一點點小提議，不知道是不是裝修完半年多，當房子開了暖氣，會有一股裝修氣味瀰漫著，可以把走廊過道的窗户打開對流會好一些。除此之外，初晴山院堪稱完美了。

入住體驗感超好，前台姐姐人很好，住了兩晚很舒服。特別是趕上了下大雪，在民宿小院看雪景好美，而且這裏人又少，拍照玩雪都是一絕❤
離正街很近，對面的漁頭泡飯吃了兩天，很不錯～下次再來廬山，還會選擇這裏😘

第一次在冬季去廬山，冰凍的路面酒店的接送服務很貼心，地理位置臨近廬山會議中心，鬧中取靜是我比較喜歡的，院子裏的內景也能滿足孩子玩耍，通往牯嶺街的街道拍照也很出片，距離望江亭和如琴湖步行在1.5公里左右，分別向酒店左右兩邊走，酒店的早餐廳窯洞風也很特別，整體都比較滿意~

第二個房的評價
酒店位置非常好，離運管站超近，有條小路過去就是街心公園，走去美廬都是5分鐘。提前聯繫我，上索道後通知她，就安排車過來接。房間有地暖，冬天很舒服，不會乾燥。自己有個小院子，圍爐煮茶太寫意了。沒有拍照習慣，衹拍了一個壁爐，是真的壁爐，燒材的。老闆娘人很好，很健談。介紹的牯嶺土菜館很好吃，還給我們打8折。

第一次給差評（▼皿▼#）原因如下：
辦入住前台根本不核對預訂訊息，早餐地點和時間，是我們臨睡覺之前去問的。
一樓五間房，窗台都是對着對面平房的牆面，距離也就一米吧。
房間打掃不乾淨，衞生間馬桶都是水漬，淋浴間地面也是。可能是剛打掃過吧，但是不應該擦乾嗎？而且房間配備的，所謂的足底按摩器，剛把它從衣櫃裏拿出來我們就給塞回去了，臟，建議不要使用，估計從來沒有消毒打掃過。
早餐是在隔壁吃的，所謂的套餐也就是雞蛋、半截紅薯、一個燒賣、半杯豆漿、沒有幾顆米的粥、一點點鹹菜。我就請問，男生怎麼吃飽？？！！隔壁桌的一位女士想再吃一個燒賣，問有沒有，被告知是按照人數蒸的，數量固定的。誰家酒店真的配置早餐啊，還説什麼蒸箱就這麼大，蒸不了這麼多。就離譜的很！！！
最最最最重要的是，特別吵！！最邊上房間的外面，應該是風機，一晚上都是嗡嗡嗡的！！而且，明知道自己家隔音做的不好，也不去協調大堂的客人安靜一點。辦入住的前台、前台對面的休息區，距離一樓房間，就是一個過道而已！可以説一樓房間就是在大堂裏面。休息區坐着的人，一直聊到十一二點，也沒有服務員管一下，即便是我們已經出門提醒過麻煩小聲點。
非標差的一次去住體驗。爬山後都是為了好好休息，然後第二天能好好玩的。麻煩好好做營業吧！！

新開的酒店，有接送服務。設施都比較新，毛巾用品都是一次性的很加分。但是剛進酒店大堂有股味道，很像下水道的味道。房間也有股新裝修的味道。衞生間的頂噴亂噴水，讓人崩潰的是房間有小強，睡了一晚上整個人都不好了。
