The staff are very friendly and willing to help customers with enquiries.
We were allowed for late check out at 3pm.
The only negative feedback is that ventilation from the hotel rooms are not good enough.
I booked 3 rooms, only 1 of the room got aircon with cold air, the other 2 rooms are very hot 🔥.
Was told by the staff that they are using central aircon system which provides warm as it is winter now.
The room was so hot until the kids cannot fall asleep. The technician checked but unable to solve the issue.
We have to open the window and let cold air come in.

這家小縣城價格最高，服務最爛的酒店。服務爛到招待所都不如。
餐廳下麪條的老大媽（不低於60歲），因為讓她下一碗麪，翻着白眼望着你，因為沒有要她擺放台上的，全程陰着臉，你這是站着下麪條，又不是辦喪事，為啥這樣呢，自助早餐不是客人想吃什麼就吃什麼嗎？
然後喝豆漿，沒有，讓服務員添加，服務器板著臉過來，指導你，把豆漿機傾斜着不就完事了，不知道這家酒店出了什麼事，大家都跟發喪似的……
一肚子氣出來，還有，早上七點不到，樓下割草機那聲音，關着窗户都能把你振醒，不能晚點嗎？能顧及下別人感受嗎，我是凌晨入住的。

千萬別訂這家酒店，訂的B座導航卻是A座，到了A座前台都説不清楚B座在哪裡，沒有任何指示牌，沒有門牌號，真是糟糕的一次體驗！

B座已經稀爛到不想評價，A座也開始擺爛了，三星～四星的硬件，一星都不到的服務，對住店客人如同租客的態度，簡直就是丟羅田人的臉。

房間硬件可以，服務完全不行，辦理入住非常非常慢！連住連衞生都不主動做，還有最可氣的是要收按金，按金退房後第二天也不給退，三番五次打電話，最後才退給我，下次不會來了！

房間很大，比前兩年舊了好多，牆紙脱落，瓷磚很多污漬，這些也能接受，但是前台服務好差，排隊退房，等半天先辦後面的，質問也沒有解釋，全程板著臉。國慶期間很多婚姻，酒店大堂全部騰出來擺桌，有點亂糟糟。
