But there are not enough chairs in the room. The family room we booked only has a double sofa and limited tables. It is recommended to add more! Breakfast: There are not many varieties, but surprisingly they all taste good. But the location is not easy to find. It is strongly recommended to add signage. Details: Strengthen! There is no phone in the room and it is inconvenient to contact the front desk. It would be better to add "Please clean now" and "Do not disturb" signs. Service: General waiters really need better training! The smiley face to greet guests and the awareness of proactive service are not enough, but fortunately after the problem was reported, the manager and the waiters solved it one by one! Communication and problem solving are very thoughtful and timely! The favorability is back again!

房間設施很到位，全屋地暖，和朋友一起過去泡温泉，本來是在攜程上臨時定的，沒想到給了我很多意料之外的驚喜，朋友下班之後我們才過去的，當時已經很晚了，20點了，温泉服務人員還很貼心的放好了温泉水，地暖也開的很足，當時和朋友已經很餓了，對面有個羅田吊鍋宴，物美價廉，我們點了一個魚吊鍋，一起才142元，而且，這邊不禁鞭，就是煙火賣的稍微有點兒貴，這些都是意外的驚喜，還可以免費漢服拍照，如果會化粧的小姐姐，可以自己造型化粧，朋友一起拍照，園林設計很漂亮，温泉合院真心不錯，下次還會和朋友一起過來，唯一美中不足的是温泉水早上來的有點兒晚，9點半才來，其他的都非常好👍，不過對於喜歡睡懶覺的朋友來説，這個完全不影響，真的體驗感超棒的！朋友很開心，我們都玩的很開心，春節假期在這裏完美收官啦

辦理入住快，有工作人員帶領着入住，介紹環境。房間乾淨衞生，很温馨。雙床房是一字型的，有中央空調和地暖，非常暖和。泡湯池適合兩個人同時泡，放水也挺快的。泡湯時浴巾不夠用，喊了服務員也沒有送來。衞生間感覺小了點，轉不開身。

訂的家庭房，帶着小孩一起過來玩了二天，非常愜意，打理得很精緻的園子，有個景緻和蘇州拙政園很像，雖然是新開張不久，還有很多房間沒有開放，不管是管家的還是工作人員服務都很好，有啥需求可以送到房間，房間設施也很齊全，有地暖，還有藍牙音響加濕器，雖然二天一直下着雨，私湯温度挺高的，冒着熱氣，江南煙雨和日式融合的感覺不要太好！早餐的牛肉麪牛肉很多，味道很好！有機會還會過來！

因為湖北高速不通暢繞路到黃岡泡温泉，很愉快的度假體驗，酒店管家（微信叫任彬，提前開好了空調地暖，所以入住就很暖和，重點是酒店可以帶貓，園區我也看到有人遛狗，房間可以直接點餐很方便，總的來説很適合帶家人過週末，有機會會再來

閨蜜安利了幾次，特地帶着家人一起來體驗。全程下來都很NICE，很雅緻的酒店，充滿了古樸內斂的東方文化氣息，隨處都可以感受到團隊的精心設計。 環境：超美的中式小院，雪後的小院清雅透徹，幾竿修竹，一璧粉牆、泡池旁的冬紅山茶處處都很精緻。 衞生：房間乾淨明亮，打掃得非常乾淨，裏面的床品鋪設很規整，用的床墊和乳膠枕都睡得非常舒服。民宿自己品牌的洗護用品也相當齊全。電水壺、中式茶具、加濕器、電吹風、小夜燈，細節配置都很到位。漢斯格雅的淋浴、杜拉維特的台盆，高級感滿滿。 服務：整體服務也不錯，工作人員服務熱情，從前台接待到送餐都讓我們倍感温泉，天氣降温特意讓我們自己點選的早餐，接待經理給我們送餐到房間，額外贈送了一個精緻的果籃，有草莓、小番茄都很新鮮。

這個酒店真的很讓人意外，蘇州園林的感覺，大氣優雅。員工培訓有素，友好親和。接待的工作人員非常熱情，大冬天的幫忙託運行李，介紹泡湯注意事項，很貼心的送新鮮果籃還提供送早服務。房間整理有天花板的感覺，幾乎沒有衞生死角，洗護用品也很有質感，品類齊全。推窗就可以看到小院，清幽雅緻，熱泉騰騰。全程體驗都不錯，家人都很喜歡。
