非常非常臟，第一間房床單被套都是黃黃的，上面還有未清洗乾淨的污漬，房間有蟑螂，枕套上也有蟑螂爬過留下的黑色粑粑，換了一間房床上雖然看着乾淨了些，但是房間非常臭，通風都祛不了。外來人員可以隨意進入，感覺也不安全。

服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，外賣送來可以送上去，特別是我落下了東西前台小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，環境很棒，室內環境很有設計感，門面裝潢很特別很讓人喜歡，房間內也讓人感覺温馨。

衞生不是很好，設施也不好，那個電視感覺是用了八十年了一樣，床也是硬的，窗户也是爛的，感覺……很老舊
