The staff was awesome! Very helpful and nice. The pool and jacuzzi were not clean. Water was cloudy and greenish. Jacuzzi had white stuff floating in it. The bed coverlet was old and yellowed, needed to be replaced. The AC unit sounded like a train when it ran so I turned the temperature so it would not run. The whole experience was substandard.
Coffee was available early am. I did not stay for breakfast.

Enjoyed the whole stay. Great little pool (it was nice and warm for wintertime. Plus nice and hot hot tub, plus both were clean. With good long hours. Free breakfast nice and staff keeping it stocked. The hotel was very full and breakfast had lots of people.
When visiting family in Lumberton will keep staying there.

The handicap accessible room I booked for my Mom was excellent. This room provided more space to move around. The only thing was the seat and bars in the handicap shower could have been cleaned better.
I used a sanitizer wipe over these areas before my Mom used the shower and it came out a little dirty upon check in.

Upon arrival the first room I was given had an order. The young lady working the desk then moved me to another room. The second room the toilet wouldn’t stop running, just a continuous loud sound as the water was running to fill the tank that clearly never filled. I was moved again this time there was hair in the tub but I could not take another move so I dealt with it personally. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

I booked this hotel because it had good reviews. However, the reality is very different. The rooms the room was very dirty. The couch has a lot of stains, the carpet in the room has weird smell, the pool has green mold growing in the corners and some places on the floor. Additionally, the staff was not very helpful or caring. We are a family of 4 people and we only have two towels in the room. When we asked the front desk for more we were told that was all they had. I would not recommend this place as there are more places around for cheaper and probably better conditions.

It was convenient off of 95. The staff was nice. Breakfast was okay. Had to eat off of flimsy paper plates. The hot
tub was brown and looked dirty. Stayed at nicer Marriots.
