This place was pretty impressive! Our favorite hotel of our Argentina trip! First off splurge on the loft room. When else do you get to spend the night among the vines? Wake up to this fantastic view in the middle of the vineyard, it's so simple yet breathtaking. The loft rooms were really nicely done. No TV, be warned but honestly you shouldn't need one while you are there. Very modern room, nice touches like the bed having an American outlet on one side. The staff is excellent, always had smiles on their faces. I wish they were a little easier on late check out. Initially they only offered an hour when we are paying quite a bit. I had to get to a manager to get a 2pm checkout (they were not even close to fully booked) but they did end up giving us that which was nice especially as we had check in quite late after a day of wine tasting. The property is very close to wineries, there is one right next door but unfortunately we didn't have the time to visit it. Before I go into the best part, there is one concern. The restaurant was supposed to be very good but unfortunately we found it just ok. The prefix 5 course meal left soemthing lacking. First off as far as your beef goes, being in argentina, serve something spectacular. Instead we got a sirloin cut that wasn't good. The rest of the meal was ok, so I would suggest going to a restaurant close by. Now to the best part, the spa. The Entre Cielo Hamam spa is probably the best spa I've ever been to worldwide. Excellent facility, definitely do the circuit but throw in a massage as well. Great packages, good pricing and such a relaxing experience. Multiple steam rooms, foam massage (before your oil massage) which was new to us and very fun, warm pools, all they needed was a cold plunge. If you stay here or anywhere close, please take half a day at least to indulge yourself in this spa, you will not regret it and you will always remember it!

This place is fantastic! The staff are incredible. The location, in the middle of a vineyard, is beautiful, and peaceful. If you are seeking a tranquil stay with 5 star staff, Entre Celios is for you. We stayed in April 2024. Weather - 60s and 70s. Snow capped peaks of the Andes visible from the resort. I'd go back in a minute!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at this beautiful hotel. The location was great, we met some lovely people and on the morning that we had no cloud we had the most stunning view of the Andes. We did not eat in the restaurant so we can’t comment on the food and we didn’t use the Spa. We did do e-biking and horseback riding which was organised for us, not through the hotel but I believe they can organise this. The only reason I have knocked this down a grade is because we just felt that it was lacking in a bit of soul and that they staff were not so relaxed and we did not get to see their personalities or have a chat with them which we always love to do when we are travelling. This must be management led. It would be lovely to see them engaging a bit more with the guests. A few more trips around the pool offering food and drinks would have been welcomed and quicker service from the bar. Drinks took forever. This is however us being picky and we had a lovely stay but we just left feeling that it was great but just needed a bit more personality to the atmosphere.

Entre Cielos is a special place in Mendoza. Beautiful property, great food, service and the spa is amazing. Highly recommended as it is in a lovely part of town very close to all the wineries and olive factories. Excellent restaurants nearby by as well as shopping.

There is nothing about this hotel that we did not love. The setting in the vineyards and beautiful gardens with the Andes as backdrop is truly special. The architecture is unusual and blends very well into the surroundings. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful, catering to your every need. Definitely visit the Hamam and have a massage. The spa is world class and the therapists are highly skilled. The food is delicious and the authentic Argentinian Asado fascinating to see. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The settings and the service are excellent. We enjoyed the privacy of the vineyard loft stay. The spa was also a special experience (we went twice). The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive to all your needs. We felt pampered. The views of the Andes were spectacular.

This hotel was comfortably one of the best I have stayed in. We had a gran reserva room .. which was a duplex. So comfortable and beautifully designed. There is a lovely pool area .. never too busy. The restaurant was lovely and not too expensive with high quality food and lovely wines! Add this to the view across to the Andes and life doesn’t get better!

Stay here if you get the chance. The view of the Andes from the garden is just awesome. A great place to watch the sunset with a cocktail or glass of wine. To be honest you could just sit out there all day long and if the weather had been a little warmer we probably would have devoted a day to doing just that. The hotel was really welcoming and helpful (thank you Juan Pedro). They use WhatsApp to provide a concierge service that is really responsive and non-intrusive / convenient. They were quite a bit more helpful than Abercrombie & Kent when it came to recommending and booking restaurants and activities for us! Their recommendation of Brindillas (which the internet had told us was closed!) was much appreciated and they arranged for us to go horse riding for USD 45 per person as compared with the USD 290 that A&K quoted us. Btw if you do this at the same place we did (rancho viejo) stay for lunch… we specifically said we didn’t want to but they gave us a snack off the bbq as we waited for our return taxi and it was the best steak sandwich I have ever had! The Hammam is a fun novelty and my girlfriend rated the massage she had as by far the best she had in South America and possibly the best she’s ever had! (Ask for Maria Jose) This is high praise indeed I assure you. However, I have three gripes about this hotel. If these were fixed it would become my favourite place in the world! 1 - the service and quality of food at breakfast borders on actually being bad. Getting a coffee was difficult and it was not great when it finally arrived… on one occasion having waited about ten minutes it took the same time again for a latte to reach a remotely drinkable temperature. There was only one other couple at breakfast on both occasions so this wasn’t a stretched staff issue. The juice (and fresh fruit) felt like it is basically recycled until it runs out and so was actually starting to fizz… I don’t care if it’s not prepped “a la minute” every day but at least have someone in the kitchen taste it before it goes back out!! What was baffling about this was that the dinner service and food is great! 2 - There’s no gym to go with the beautiful pool / jacuzzi and hammam/spa. There’s a lot of space on the property so this could be an easy fix - alongside a gym it would be nice to add a sauna given you cannot use the steam rooms in the Hammam without booking (and paying). 3 - The rooms… the relative sizes of the mattress and bed frame create a weird optical illusion that meant both my girlfriend and I walked into the sharp corner of the wooden bed frame on multiple occasions (drawing blood in my case). It’s a little noisy in the rooms if anyone is in the adjoining room and/or walking in the hallway and there is a bit of light pollution into the room from the hallway at night.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel and were wowed by the grounds of the hotel, hospitality included, security, and level of service by the concierge. First, there is a security guard that meets each car outside. Then, there is another employee right inside the gate to check you in / help you head towards the right direction. It’s about a 5 min walk from the gate to the front desk of the hotel and the walk is a try beautiful…many beautiful trees, plants, sculptures, etc. the grounds are stunning, peaceful, very relaxing and feel very upscale. The grounds were my favorite part of the hotel and make it a unique experience. Also, the security made me feel very comfortable here. Second, the hospitality at the complimentary breakfast was wonderful (cold breakfast buffet and eggs or pancakes upon request). In addition, the mini fridge drinks are included in your stay and refilled daily. It was so nice to not have to worry about getting bottled water or soda at the store, it was all conveniently provided. Lastly, the concierge service was incredible. The concierge, Juan, helped me plan my winery visits many months ahead of time. He made sure that there would be an English speaking tour available and chose incredible experiences that we would not have known about (La Azul lunch, Catena Zapata lunch/pairings). In addition, while we were at the hotel, the front desk and concierges continue to assist us in so many ways re airport transfers, etc. We loved our stay here and could not recommend it enough!
