汕尾的温泉出了名的好，特別是上護鎮的，特意來別墅裏泡私家温泉，好處是更放鬆了，跟家人一起泡可以聊天吹水。環境還安靜，有種迴歸自然的感覺，不錯！

環境和不錯可以！也特別安靜，主要人也少！ 哈哈哈哈 但是房子還是有一點點小，樓梯呢有點陡， 畢竟有帶長者出行，那個樓梯上的有點辛苦！ 建議可以改善一下啊，那就最好了！

沒有標識，到了半天找不到，問保寶也不請楚。建議:在大門口設一標示牌或與大門口保安交代好，提供紙質開房指引；客户訂房後發提示，要怎麼操作才能入住。別讓客人找了半天，問也沒地方問。

住宿環境安靜，環境不錯。客服姐姐服務到位。
衞生：可能臨近春節，人手不夠，收拾的麻麻地。（白話）
設施：這個要點説下，首先沖涼房的熱水設備會唱跳，rap，🐔你太……花灑出水量感人，這個熱水時冷時熱，要把握節奏，配合🐔你太美的舞蹈剛剛好。

住過最不滿意的酒店，衞生差，服務一般1.進酒店上廁所看到馬桶都是尿漬，非常噁心，完全沒有打掃乾淨。2.三樓的露台帳篷是壞的，阿姨説沒法弄，本就是看中了露台可以聊天吃夜宵，結果壞的。3.整個酒店的衞生特別差，地板都是灰塵，外面的温泉池也洗了很久，樓梯都是垃圾。4.温泉水不熱，進去泡了處理了20幾分鐘才變熱。5.出入酒店還要交停車費，非常敗好感。難以想象這樣的房間一晚將近1500的房費，嚴重欺騙消費者，沒有好服務更沒有好衞生，帶着出來旅遊的好心情都被破壞了，不會推薦人來，希望大家也不要去😅誰去誰後悔！

特別喜歡的裝修風格，回來都想吧自己客廳改下，特意跟客服小姐姐要了客廳單椅的連結，我要備一個，下次休息就在家躺着，也像度假一樣，這個温泉也很舒服，就是沒帶泳衣，穿着衣服泡的，有洗衣機，第一次住這種帶洗衣機的酒店，非常奈斯，大大的贊！！！
