體驗感非常不好的一次！這個價格不值
分享給大家僅供參考
1：入住，我們中午定的酒店，下午6：30到的酒店。到的時候被告知不能入住，因為房間還沒有打掃出來，前台給了一張紙讓登記訊息，再我們前面至少還有6個人排隊！我仔細看了訂房訊息，大家需要注意的是5點以後才能入住，12點要退房。
2：前台以及温泉取票口的服務人員，態度都非常不友好！生硬不説可以稱得上沒禮貌，問話不僅沒笑臉連頭都不抬一下。
3：大家注意，這家酒店孩子90公分就需要購買小童温泉票38元，早餐還得買20元！我們住過多家酒店一般都是小童120才需要購票，這個檔次的我遇見的是頭一個
4：早餐供應不上，基本都需要排隊等候，沒有咖啡
5：酒店床品有發黴現象
6：4百多的價格給了我個衹能看樓頂的房間，前台告知衹預留房型不能更換房間
7：温泉池沒有明顯標註水温
8：更奇葩，小童遊樂池，一天開放3個時間段，一次30分鐘！大寫一個無語😓
9：更可氣的是，晚上刷某音平台發現比攜程價格低100多。建議大家多平台比價
10：嚴重懷疑温泉水是加熱的，因為所以池子温度都一樣！
飲食推薦鴿子，白切豬腳真的很好吃！

很適合旅遊度假，環境優美，温泉挺乾淨的，水温適合，有很多個温泉池可以選擇。五一期間基本住滿，還有很多辦婚禮的。
房間挺大，乾淨無異味，有浴袍。酒店叫外賣也很方便可以送上房間，推薦二妹酸嘢很好吃。
進酒店的路比較窄，還以為走錯地方了，其實沒有，就是山坡的盡頭就是。

房間不錯，服務還行，家裡四口人入住，小孩很滿意，唯一不足是：早上九點多，早餐沒有東西吃，服務員説沒估計到這麼多人，廚房在煮。過了大約半小時陸續有吃的東西上來。總的來講90分吧。

房間舒適寬敞，花園大，樹木葱蘢，鳥聲唧啾，空氣清新，温泉水隨時供應，純正温泉，水夠熱，私家泡池又大又夠深。這次可能正好回南天，房間裏地板有點積水未乾，踩上去顯得有痕跡

位置比較偏僻，適合自駕。酒店房間大，很新，這是唯一的優勢，其他方面不盡人意，也許春節期間，體驗真不好:服務人員都是應付式，態度讓人感覺衹是被迫營業，辦理入住收按金的理由是房間有自費品，但實際房間並沒有自費品，且交房時間已經是晚上6時，浴袍衹有一件，説是廠家沒有送貨，建議披着毛巾去泡温泉。温泉下午才開放，説是工作人員8時上班，上班才能池清洗消毒工作所以早上來不及開放温泉，但奇怪的是，上午客人基本都退房，居然晚上6點才交房！！！早餐説是7點開始，實際8點才上齊品種，就是粥粉面幾樣簡單的早餐，很無語這裏人員的工作效率。温泉更衣室顯眼處缺少指引，客人來來回回找温泉出入口，公共地方到處水跡，衞生堪憂，毛巾到處亂放，不少客人穿拖鞋入温泉，沒有工作人員制止，遊池一股尿臭味。酒店在管理方式和人員服務意識方面都必須根本改變，才是酒店待客之道，才有回頭客！

房間寬敞、比較乾淨。床墊也不錯，就是人比較懶散，服務員態度不好、下午六點才能拿到房間、房間缺浴袍、不肯給。早餐7點鐘居然沒東西吃，等差不多8點才上好。給人的感覺就是在勉強應付，温泉和游泳池臟兮兮的，工作人員也懶散，

去海南路上意外驚喜啊，陸川的温泉酒店如此高端，園內外池，園，都大，設施設備全，水質好，泡完解乏，客房服務到位，房間門口直接停車方便，早餐性價比很高10點才結束，接待員小姐姐推薦香肉館也非常棒……，返程繼續入住。
