Even though the location requires you to take a bus to the hotel around 20mins. Bus stop just outside the hotel. 2-3mins walk.
We were delighted with the hotel.
Very well thought out room and design very tasteful.
Very nice view of the lake.
The staffs are very friendly and helpful as well.

酒店環境沒得講 每天早上在湖邊看日出 看鴨子太舒服了
房間在瑞士算是很大了 設施新 旁邊就有公交車去盧塞恩火車站

酒店在湖邊，窗外是花園、湖、雪山、藍天、白雲，風景真的太美了；交通便利，市區公交10分鐘可達，公交站下車就是酒店石階，秒速進入前台，入住期間酒店有贈送市內交通票；早餐種類相對較少，但是搭配窗外景色倒也比較有浪漫氛圍。

這家酒店是我這次旅遊在瑞士最滿意的一家，設施很新，衞生也很好，房間很大，而且不管是花園房還是湖景房其實都是對着湖和雪山，圖片就是我在花園房內拍攝的。房間外每層樓走廊都有蘋果可以自己拿去吃。我們在超市買了瓶酒，讓酒店吧枱幫我們開了，還給了我們幾個紅酒杯。從火車站出來可以坐24號巴士去酒店，酒店那一站是Hermitage，十分鐘左右就到，從火車站去酒店記得買票，雖然公交查票機率很小但也不是沒有。到了酒店就可以找前台要一個公共交通票（guest card/city ticket），那樣的話市內大部分公交就都能免費坐了，出行要帶的免得查票。能免費坐的地區在Zone10內。
唯有一點比較尷尬的事，浴室浴缸是全開放式…除了進門入口處看不到，從窗户和床上桌子邊都一覽無餘，也沒有簾子。

酒店在湖邊，從火車站需要坐公交車才能到，還算方便，公交車下來就是酒店門口。定的湖景房一早看到雪山，湖，草地心情非常好。在盧塞恩剛好偶遇狂歡節，玩的很開心。

很不錯的酒店，盧塞恩市延湖10分鐘車程即可到達，寧靜安逸。房間直面湖景，酒店還貼心的送上聖誕巧克力。晚餐時餐廳生意很好，畢竟有無敵美景加成，牛臉肉火候正好，栗子意大利餃子是個驚喜。
