Wingate by Wyndham Lubbock Near Texas Tech Univ. Medical Ctr
4/596 Reviews
Rudy is an awesome person! He made my stay smooth and enjoyable! We need more people like him in the hotel industry! Highly recommend him a raise for how courteous and helpful he was! Great man, he made my stay worth it! I was really stressed with work and needed some documents printed and he saved my presentation!
Aloft Lubbock
4.3/599 Reviews
I LOVE staying at the Aloft in Lubbock! The atmosphere is so zen and calming, and the beds make you feel like you don't want to leave. I love how quiet it can be and you're right there in the midst of all the things to do! Loads of places to eat
Hyatt Place Lubbock
4.3/599 Reviews
We are already huge fans of Hyatt Place locations, but the manager and staff at the Lubbock location went above and beyond by getting us into our room 2-plus hours before the official earliest check-in time, which helped us greatly as we needed to unload a bunch of stuff for college move-in. The hotel itself is pristine, the breakfast is top-notch in its class and the location can't be beat for Texas Tech access (and Lubbock generally).
Staybridge Suites Lubbock South
4.3/597 Reviews
Wow, this stay was fabulous! I stayed for 2 nights and I knew it would be great because BJ's Restaurant was literally less than 2 minutes away by walking! They were festive for Halloween in the lobby! In the morning, I indulged in their breakfast. They had a waffle maker, assorted fruits, juices and water with lemon. The rooms are very clean and all your amenities are there; they do not have their travel sized take home amenities which is great to me. They have refillable lotions, shampoo, conditioner etc... I would stay here again and again!
Embassy Suites by Hilton Lubbock
3.9/591 Reviews
There is no shortage of extended suite hotels in Lubbock. Many of them are new and most of them are gray boxes, with all gray interiors, harsh lighting, and cold furniture and fabrics. If that's what you want then stay at those places. Embassy Suites Lubbock may not be the newest property in town, but it is clean, hospitable and inviting. The plants throughout the solarium lobby are well-tended and add a fun and unique vibe to the space. We stayed with our almost one-year-old and she enjoyed the plants and Christmas decorations (we wish the fish were still in the water feature!). The lighting is warm and ambient not harsh...what a novel concept that modern hotels have forgotten! Yes much room furniture is worn, with the exception of mattresses which seem new and are extremely comfortable. We found the breakfast hot and delicious. We ate dinner at the restaurant and the food was hearty and yummy. Water was hot and we appreciated having a bathtub for baby instead of the typical shower. We 100% recommend for families. Staff was gracious and helpful. Folks leaving negative reviews have plenty of other vanilla choices in town. The property is what it is and I'm glad they aren't trying to be like every other property.
Hilton Garden Inn Lubbock
4.5/597 Reviews
Had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Lubbock. When we arrived our room wasn't ready despite it being check in time, which was disappointing. However the front desk person (Matt) was very friendly, apologetic, and accommodating, it was ok. They have a nice little restaurant and bar where we sat and had a snack while we waited. Service there was quick and friendly. The room was nice, the lobby area comfortable and clean, and customer service very good overall. I also appreciated the location, where it is right off the highway, close to restaurants and The Main Event. Will stay there again!
